Everything was very clean; the host was very prompt with replies and checking in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. Views are amazing, Only negative is wishing we could have stayed longer.

Everything was very nice! The couches were not up to par with the house; uncomfortable and heavily used, so that was disappointing. The dishwasher was broken in two spots and washed and dryer were dirty. Towels were holy! The beds are super comfortable. Two extremely large TV’s were a pleasure!

We absolutely loved our stay! The views are unbeatable! Phoebe was very communicative and helpful any time I reached out! I felt like I was right at home! So comfortable and did not want to leave!

Ok but could do better

When we arrived, the sheets, blankets, pillows etc were filthy. We had to wash them before we felt comfortable using them. The kitchen cabinets were filthy, the stove, etc. The place has a lot of potential but needs to be better taken care of. The listing should also note that due to the steepness and curve in the driveway, not all vehicles can get up it. We came in a 24 foot van and were unable to get up the hill. We had to lug all our things up and down and walk the hill every time we went anywhere. Thankfully our driver was staying in a nearby hotel that they could park it. It would be nice if that was disclosed. Phoebe, the host, was very kind and responsive. She did offer cleaning services the following day and refunded our cleaning fee. She also sent batteries because all the remotes were empty. We enjoyed the area and the cabin is in a good location, it just needs some TLC.

Mountain Chalet in Winter.

Perfect chalet just up the mountain from Gatlinburg. But up the mountain it is. We have an All Wheel Drive SUV and could not get up the mountain with snow/ice. You must have a true 4X4 if expecting winter weather, but once you’re there it’s perfect. Looks identical to the photos. Very clean and well stocked. Even though up the mountain, local eateries still delivered, even on the snow/ice. The TVs are good size, which I find so many rentals do not have big screens, and they’re connected to most of your streaming services. It’s nice to drink some wine and watch a good series in the evening on the comfy couch with all the views. I would absolutely stay here again. Great host and lovely chalet. I miss it already.

Vacation

Our stay here was great, we had no issues. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. Was beautiful drive to and from the house. We spent most of our time at the house on the decks looking at the amazing view. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay at the cabin was wonderful! I especially loved the large and comfortable deck with amazing views to wake up to in the morning and to relax and wind down in the evening. The hot tub on the lower deck and the swing chairs were great as well. The cabin had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our family of 5 and our dog. We also utilized the community pool, which was a perfect addition to our stay. I would love to come back and stay again!

Wonderful Cabin!

This cabin was beautiful and super clean! It was just as advertised. We had a wonderful stay and Pheobe was always quick to respond to any question we had. The drive is very steep so I would highly encourage 4WD, but we were prepared as we have been to the area before. We had a daily bear visitor as well!

Spectacular view. Modern look.

We loved our stay at this cabin. The modern styled interior is a breath if fresh air compared to all the "log cabin" looks. Amazing views. Wonderful hosts. We hope to return in the future!

Awesome Cabin!! Great location!!

We felt very comfortable in the cabin and the view was amazing!! The host contacted us to make sure everything was going well, which we thought was really nice!! We would definitely love to stay here again when we come back!!

Great stay with great views

Overall we had a really nice stay. We loved the views and the cleanliness. The decks were perfect for hanging out and looking out at the mountains. There was a very nicely stocked kitchen and huge televisions for when we were ready to relax for the night or hangout. The location was also fantastic as we were super close to everything. There were nice options for games and more entertainment. There were just a couple things that we noted. First being the couch upstairs. We found it to be very uncomfortable as the back of it is so low you couldn't lean back on it, plus the cushions continued to slide out in all of the seats while sitting on them. We also didn't find the beds to be all that comfortable, they are quite firm. Some people enjoy that, but we all prefer something a little more soft/cushiony. Finally, this didn't affect the review, but something to keep in mind is the drive up the mountain. There are tons of very steep roads and sharp turns, the very last turn to get up the driveway is extremely sharp. We knew the drive would be steep in order to have a great view, but it was more steep then we had experienced as of yet. After the first time up and down the mountain, we got used to it though! Also, there is a cabin right across the shared driveway that you can see right into. We saw people hanging out and playing pool through the windows and I'm sure they could see us. It didn't bother us too much, but keep in mind if you're looking for privacy.

Amazing time!

Came out to Tennessee for the first time and cabin was very cozy. Kids had so much fun in hot tub,’playing pool and the arcades. Super close to all activities! Great time, we will be back!

Perfect Getaway

We had a very relaxing time. Communication with Phoebe was so easy. She was quick to respond with any questions I had before and during our stay. The view was absolutely amazing! It made it feel like you were far away from everything but just a quick 15-20 min drive into Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms had plenty of towels and toilet paper. The best part was it is pet friendly so we were able to bring our guys along. We are lucky our dogs will go potty anywhere but if your dog likes to go in the grass, there is very minimal green space for them to do so. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Amazing

The cabin was clean and beautiful. The view was awesome. Phoebe was truly on top of things. My only concern for future visits if we were to return is the sharing of the driveway with the cabin across the drive. Would be hard to see if anyone was coming down as cars are going up. The cabin was very clean especially since it was pet friendly. The outside around the porch in front and the fire pit area did have a lot of trash. The fire pit area could stand some landscaping. Overall, our stay was wonderful. We would come back for sure. We also had a regular bear visitor.

Amazing cabin with spectacular mountain views

This cabin was fairly new, beautiful, and had amazing views of the mountains. There was so much space inside, and with two large decks overlooking the mountains we had a comfortable, relaxing trip with our dogs (bonus for being dog friendly). One note if you are bringing dogs that being in the mountains there is limited flat areas outside for your dogs to go to the bathroom. It's not a problem if your dogs are well trained to go on command, but if they need some time/ sniffing it could be a challenge. The kids loved the pool table, darts board, and putting green that were with the cabin, so in addition to being spacious it was entertaining for the whole family! Phoebe was very communicative and responsive before the trip and during the trip. Overall i would highly recommend this cabin for your gatlinburg vacation! If we come back I'll definitely be looking here first.

Absolutely BREATHTAKING!

We have rented a few cabins in Gatlinburg over the last 5 years and this was by far our favorite. It was my husband, two kids ages 19 & 17 and fur babies - we all fell in love at first sight. Beautiful, spotless cabin with the most beautiful views I have ever seen. Down stairs has a bunch of gaming options (darts, pool, arcade, huge TV) plus lots of sleeping options. The intent of this vacation was to relax after a really tough year for our family, this was the perfect cabin for low key vacation and reconnecting with nature! Super well stocked, cozy with the fireplaces. We will definitely be back. We even saw a large bear and cub on the street right outside the kitchen window. 😊
