Watch the Sunrise Over the Smokies as the colorful hues dance across the mountain views at this newly built (October 2020) 4-bedroom + loft, 4.5-bathroom cabin rental for 12 in Gatlinburg, TN. Along with relaxing and entertaining amenities — including a 6-person hot tub, a theater room with a big screen TV and Blu-ray player, an arcade unit, a pool table, a wet bar, a fireplace, a firepit, and rocking chairs — this inviting Gatlinburg cabin has conveniences of home.

Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, fire up the gas grill for cookouts, tap into the free high speed Wi-Fi whenever, toss loads into the washer/dryer, and snooze in a mix of 3 kings, 2 twin-over-full bunks, and 1 queen sleeper. You can also enjoy views of Anakeesta, Mt. LeConte, and the ski slopes of Ober Gatlinburg. And Chalet Village Resort offers 3 clubhouses with summertime swimming pools, game tables, tennis courts, play areas, and workout equipment for your memorable Smoky Mountain stay.

Home away from home

We stayed at this home to celebreate our family Christmas (before the rush of acutual Christmas) this home was large and accommodating. Downstairs was the perfect space to have our family Christmas party. Just a couple things to note. The hot tub never really got to temp. We couldn"t get it to get past 75. The pots and pans are very worn and were hard to cook in. The couches in the living room are very worn, area rug is very dingy as well are the throw pillows. The primary rooms bed has definitely seen better days, you alomst get stuck in the groves of where its worn. The pull out couch upstiars would benifit by having an addtionall thick mattress topper to use with it. It was like sleeping on steel. The driveway is very steep. Most of the guest complaints where about the driveway. We own a Ram Rebel and skidded getting up the driveway. This beautiful home needs new funriture and beds, it would make guests even more comfortable. And lastly. I was very disappointed to find out that the owners where not decorating it for the holidays. It would have been nice to have some garlands and a lit tree.All and All we had a great time. We look forward to using Cabins for you again in the future. This home was close to everything. We barley noticed the on going construction around the communiry.

Television and cookware is very important.

The house is gorgeous, views are splendid, the driveway a little steep, but doable. We saw 10 plus bears, one on lower deck. Lots of construction going on in the area. The big hurdle was tv had no instructions for any of the tv’s. Text and called Cabins For You and got no answer. The frying pans and some pots were awful!!! We repeatedly asked for better pans and nothing. They need better communication skills. This was not our first time renting from VRBO.

Perfect getaway

Our 3 night stay at Sunrise Over the Smokies was perfect. The location was great, the cabin was beautiful, clean, and well kept. Our family of 9 had a great time and enjoyed our time in this cabin!

Great stay!

The property was exactly as described and the view is amazing! The house was well-maintained, rooms were spacious. It was particularly hot and humid there that week but the air conditioning worked super well, so even the upstairs rooms were cool. There is ample space, the kitchen was well stocked, and the washer and dryer worked very well too. The driveway is a heart-stopper (very, very steep and not much room to turn around; many of them are in that area/mountains but not something we were used to). Bring extra towels and kitchen towels if you want to dry dishes - wish there was another one or two there. Overall a pretty perfect cabin! Thanks!

Amazing

A wonderful time for 4 siblings and their spouses. The cabin, location, views and amenities exceeded our expectations. Enough room for privacy, yet room for gathering together. Local activities were ample, never bored, challenging mountain drives (and driveway in particular:) ). All said they want to come back again. Maybe the 18 bears we saw have something to do with it.

Positive experience with minor hiccups

The property was beautiful and clean and met all of our needs. We were having some difficulties with the hot tub though and management was always unavailable. It also doesn’t show the massive driveway that was very difficult to navigate with a 2 wheel drive vehicle.

Beautiful view, spacious home

The home was the perfect size for our needs. We had 9 adults. It was clean and updated. The hot tub was hot. The beds were comfortable, even the couches were comfortable enough to sleep on. Our only negative is the driveway is sketchy. Very steep and has a sharp curve at the bottom and in the middle. No turn around room at the top if you have 4 or more cars. Under 4 cars and there wouldn’t be an issue. I would definitely stay here again I’d just carpool so we have more turnaround space at the top of the driveway.

Very clean. Views as advertised. Quiet neighborhood with daily visits from black bear. Only negative was the driveway - gave one of our party a panic attack when her car nearly rolled backward when trying to ascend.

Cabin and property are gorgeous just needs some amenity TLC. The cabin and property are beautiful and the views cannot be beat! We did have issues a couple times with the door code not working and had to call management. They had to reset the code a couple times. The amenities within the house are lacking TLC. The grill had a Blackstone cover with an old grill underneath. The cooking dishes were minimal, old and worn out. The tv's were not hooked up to wifi and no instructions. We did see a momma bear and two cubs one morning. It's best to have a 4 wheel or all wheel drive to get up the driveway, especially in rain or snow. Overall the house, property and views are beautiful, just needs a little amenity updates. Thank you.

Reunion with lifetime classmates

We arrived from different areas to celebrate 55 years of friendship! Celebrating our year to be 60! 12 of us enjoyed the beautiful chalet with the breathing views it was affordable for us all. We enjoyed what pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg had to offer in way of entertainment it was a weekend to remember and check off a bucket list item!!

“Beary” Good Time

Had a wonderful time in the cabin! Saw bears every day! Just remember, don’t leave anything in your car. We had left some snacks in a car and a bear decided o get in and eat it. Thank goodness there was no damage to the car. He must have been a polite bear! The family had so much fun and would be glad to come back to this cabin.

Great cabin!!

Enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Over the Smokies. The view was gorgeous and there is plenty of room for everyone to gather at the dinner table and hang out as a family. I do wish there was an outside patio table to sit at, but other than that, everything was fantastic!!

it was an adventure
