Located less than 2 miles from the summit of Ober Mountain, with skiing & snow-tubing (in season), ice skating, attractions, restaurants, and more. They offer clothing & equipment rentals as well as a ski-school! *We are not affiliated with Ober and guests must make their own arrangements to access the facility.

KITCHEN - Well-equipped kitchen, complete with new stainless steel appliances, a drip-style coffee maker and K-cup machine, plenty of cookware for those big meals, and more than enough dinnerware and utensils for the whole group. The refrigerator and dishwasher are large capacity models to handle all of the food and dirty dishes. For convenience, there are 2 microwaves!

DINING - The dining table seats 10-12 people and more at the counter seats. This area has a large picture window with a great view.

LIVING ROOM - In the living area, there are 3 sofas, large 65-inch HDTV, and a stacked-stone fireplace (open Oct 1 - Mar 31). Step out the doors onto the upper deck and relax on one of the sofas or chairs, or gather ‘round the pub table, with an amazing mountain vista.

DECKS - 2 new polywood decks on the rear of MOUNTAINVIEW MAJESTY enhance the mountain views and enlarging the deck area. A new, state-of-the-art hot tub that seats 7. Comfortable furniture provides a place to relax, dine, and enjoy the view.

INTERNET - The main level has a desk and chair for work and our high-speed gigabit Internet service with the latest mesh Wi-Fi technology lets many devices be online without interference.

Once reserved here, we will send a confirmation message with a link to our secure website and instructions to finalize your booking within 24 hours, or the reservation may be canceled.

The Renter of record must:
・meet the minimum age;
・provide credit card for the security deposit;
・be present during entire stay;
・upload a valid government-issued ID;
・sign our rental agreement;  and,
・provide names & ages of the entire party.

When completed, we will provide check-in information 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival by message and in our digital guidebook.

We are unable to accommodate luggage drop-off, early arrivals, or late checkouts.

— RULES/POLICIES —

・Smoking/vaping is not allowed.
・No pets are permitted.
・Events or parties cannot be held & only registered guests allowed at the chalet.
・Fireplace is open Oct 1-March 31. We do not provide firewood.
・Maximum of 5 vehicles ⏤ no exceptions. The Gatlinburg Welcome Center is the ONLY place in the area that allows overnight parking - it is free.

▶︎ Check-in time is 4 PM or later and check-out time is 10 AM. Failure to depart by check-out time will result in a $100 per 15-minute charge as our turnover team must stay on schedule. We are unable to accommodate requests for early arrival, late checkout, or luggage drop-off.

The region is still very much "the untamed mountains", so wildlife and insects are pervasive. This is especially true of ladybugs, a beneficial species here, and their look-alike cousins, the Asian Beetle. We take every precaution and employ a monthly pest prevention program with a licensed exterminator. Regardless, you may still encounter them and other small insects or critters in or around the home.

Bear activity tends to be high in the area. Guests are thrilled to see them in the wild. But, don't mistake them for being tame; never approach a bear (it is illegal) and be sure to not do anything to attract them! Definitely do not leave out trash or food, especially in your vehicles. They CAN smell it and WILL try to get it ⏤ causing damage.

— POOLS, POOLS, & MORE POOLS —

・2 passes provided to access the 3 clubhouses w/outdoor pools & the recreational facilities of Chalet Village Owners Club.
・One pass is good for the entire group, but some groups may want to split up.
・Passes can also be used for discounts at restaurants and attractions across Gatlinburg.
・Note that there is a $80 per card replacement fee if not returned at the end of your stay.
・Pool season is Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day, depending on weather and demand.
・No lifeguards on duty, only pool attendants. Swim at your own risk.
・Contact the Chalet Village Owners Club office to confirm status and hours. (Contact info in digital guidebook)

Clubhouses have free Wi-Fi access, changing rooms, showers (bring your own pool towels, *NOT* our bath towels please), and have drink machines and/or concessions. Some have meeting and banquet rooms for rent.
