Canopy Ridge is a three-story mountain cabin built for a group that wants togetherness and elbow room in equal measure. The great room greets you with a vaulted wood-plank ceiling, a stone fireplace, and a wall of windows pulling the wooded hillside into the living space. Sink into the sofa after a day in the park, or gather around the log dining table for a meal nobody had to cook alone, the fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, a Keurig alongside a drip coffee maker, and enough cookware for a real family dinner.



Each of the three bedrooms has its own king bed and its own ensuite bathroom, so nobody negotiates over bathroom schedules. Reclaimed-wood accent walls and patchwork quilts give every room its own private-retreat feel.



Downstairs is where this cabin earns its reputation: a foosball table and a classic arcade cabinet for friendly competition, and just past it, a real theater room with tiered seating and a neon marquee sign turns a rainy afternoon into movie night. Guest Access:

You will have full access to every inch of Canopy Ridge for your stay: the kitchen, both living areas, all three bedrooms and bathrooms, the laundry area, the game room and theater downstairs, and every deck, including the one with the hot tub. Check-in is self-serve through a secure smart lock, and your unique door code arrives 48 hours before arrival. Just pull in, punch in your code, and the cabin is yours.



Canopy Ridge offers free, ample parking on the premises, with room in the driveway for multiple vehicles, so a multi-car group does not need to plan a shuttle. The driveway leads up to the covered front entrance, making it easy to unload coolers and luggage. If you're arriving with a larger vehicle, message us ahead of time so we can confirm what the driveway can accommodate.



The Neighborhood:

Canopy Ridge sits in a quiet, wooded pocket just minutes outside downtown Gatlinburg, close enough for a spontaneous dinner out but removed enough that all you hear at night is the ridge. Downtown Gatlinburg's parkway and shops are roughly a 10 minute drive, and the main entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is about the same distance.



Anakeesta and the Gatlinburg SkyLift Park and SkyBridge are both roughly 10 minutes away, and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies is about 10 to 15 minutes out, a reliable rainy-day plan for families. Ober Gatlinburg's tramway, skiing, and snow tubing sit around 15 minutes from the cabin, and the scenic Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail is a similar drive.



Give yourself about 20 to 25 minutes for Pigeon Forge's restaurants and the Old Mill area, and roughly 25 to 30 minutes for Dollywood. For a longer outing, the Cades Cove scenic loop inside the national park runs closer to 45 minutes but is worth setting aside a half day for.



Getting Around:

The cabin is located in the mountains of Gatlinburg, and most attractions are a short drive away.



Downtown Gatlinburg: about 10–15 minutes by car

Great Smoky Mountains National Park: 10–15 minutes

Pigeon Forge: approximately 25–30 minutes

Dollywood: about 30 minutes



Mountain roads can be winding and steep, especially at night or during rainy or winter conditions. We recommend driving cautiously and checking weather conditions during your stay.



Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are limited in this area and may not always be available, particularly in the evenings or peak seasons. Taxis are also limited.



For convenience, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and attractions are easily accessible by car once you’re off the mountain.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM, giving our cleaning team time to have the cabin spotless for the next group. Need an earlier arrival? Early check-in may be available for $100 between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM, or $50 after 1:00 PM, just message us and we will confirm the night before your stay. Occupancy is limited to 10 guests, and the cabin has smoke and carbon monoxide alarms plus a fire extinguisher.



We happily welcome pets. Starting November 1, confirmed guests will need to submit a valid ID and sign a rental agreement, purely to verify your reservation. We provide fresh linens and a starter supply of toiletries, and we respond quickly if anything comes up, so please treat Canopy Ridge like your own mountain home.



Interaction with Guests:

You'll have the entire cabin by yourselves! There will be no interaction with guests unless a request is made for additional services. But, we are always available via messages & phone.
