This condo is one minute from downtown Gatlinburg. Walking distance to all the main attractions In Gatlinburg. If you love to fish, you can fish without leaving the condo (must have TN fishing license to do so)! This condo offers 2 queen beds and a sofa. Will sleep 4 comfortably. Dining table seats 4 and 2 bear seats, cable TV, FREE Netflix, WiFi, central heat/air, washer/dryer room on premises, large private balcony overlooking the river. A quiet spot at the edge of a tourist town.

We loved our stay at the River condos. From our balcony, we watched a rolling river, a bobcat hunt, and what we think are woodchucks? It was a great place to stay and the host was quick to answer questions.

Incredible Location, on the water

I dont want to leave this place a good review because then others will stay and we want this place all to ourselves. We slept with the windows open to hear the river outside. It was absolutely incredible, I emailed the owner and said if he wants to sell we'd buy it. Walking distance to downtown. This place is a GEM. Book it and thank me later.

Great Getaway

Great location, senic balcony on river, quiet location off the main high traffic areas, nicely decorated, enjoyed having Netflix, everthing was as described and price was reasonable for fully furnished apartment. Has a modern vintage vibe.

Tucked away and quiet but close enough to walk

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is about a 15 minute walk to the "strip" downtown from the condo. It also is at the end of a narrow dark road, but you have woods behind you and the river in front of you so it is very quiet and peaceful here. I found the kitchen to be stocked well with nice pots/ cups/ silverware etc. The thermostat was easy to use, however we felt it was either cold or hot- no happy medium. We arrived after dark and it was a little hard to locate exactly which unit/ parking space was ours- I would recommend adding that to the listing. The shower/tub combo we found to be disappointing. The shower head itself came up to below my husbands shoulders and the curtain road was held up with screws. Overall I was very satisfied with what we paid to stay as this place was very affordable.

Nice clean convenient

Nice 2 bed condo. The walk to downtown was a bit more than expected but it didn't kill us. The condo is great but the shower needs to be fixed since if your over 5'5 its though. My husband is a plumber and suggested at best a handheld attachment that would help.

The unit was cold - turns out the thermostat is controlled remotely...we were either freezing or sweating. If we had not brought a space heater, it would have been much worse. Fireplace is listed, but nothing more than lights, owner has the heat function disconnected. Had to ask for extra blankets. No extra toilet paper. The view is nice, but definitely will not be back. Sorry to complain, but too many things were wrong.

Nice little condo in Gatlinburg

We spent 2 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. We opened the master bedroom window at night and listened to the river. It was mesmerizing. The condo has everything you need to cook, bath and enjoy yourself. The condo even has it's own covered parking spot. It is located at the end of a narrow road in a semi-secluded area. You cannot easily walk to local attractions. We found this to be just fine and always felt safe. The owners are easy to deal with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

Beautiful condo with beautiful river view

The condo is absolutely gorgeous, super cozy and very welcoming. I wouldn’t necessarily say this was walking distance as the road leading to the condo is not very well lit and a little further than I anticipated. A+ on condo and B- on location if your looking for easy access to Gatlinburg’s main strip.

Quiet!

The unit was very clean, a little tricky to find the address,very quiet. We didn't realize it was on the 2nd floor, back steps were dimly lit and needed swept. Overall a good experience

Great Property

If you are looking for an off the beaten path, relaxing vacation property, this is the one. The only draw back we experienced was the walk from the trolley stop to the property was down a very dark section of roadway; however, this would not deter us from renting the property again. Owners were great to work with and answered questions quickly.

Quiet retreat

Loved this condo. Very clean inside and quiet, we couldn’t hear our neighbors through walls. The outside could use some updating and cleanup but otherwise it was perfect for our getaway. It was a walk to get to town but we enjoy walking so it was great.

Great location off of the beaten path

If you are using Gatlinburg as a base to travel into the park, AND avoid the craziness of downtown, then this location is perfect. We enjoyed watching the river go by in the evenings as we rested after a long day hiking through the park. Being just outside downtown, it was easy to get to Pigeon Forge or local restaurants as needed. We would stay here again.

The inside of the condo is really cute. I was a little concerned when I drove up and saw the outside. It is listed as "New Property". It is very obvious that it is not a new property.

Beautiful

The property was just as described, and location is perfect. Just enough off the main strip, but only a mile walk to the aquarium. It is about a total of a 4 mile round trip if you walk from the condo clear down the main strip to the other end. This did not bother us but just something to be prepared for if you’re planning on walking to be you’re main source of traveling.

Great property to book for a Gatlinburg experience. On the water, close to town, comfy beds, great view of the river, super quiet and secluded. Has everything in the kitchen you need including pots, can opener, and cookie sheet, etc. Huge TVs with sling and Netflix. Decorated very cute. Property manager is super nice. Really no negatives! If you stay over 2 nights throw some extra toilet paper and paper towels in your bag.. we ran out but not a huge deal. Can’t beat this condo! Oh and enjoyed the ramp compared to the stairs to access the 2nd floor condo. Makes dragging up groceries and suit cases a breeze.

Great location and beautiful condo!

Booked this condo last minute and could not have been happier! Adorable cozy condo right in town but secluded and quiet with a relaxing view of the river. The owners could not have been more accommodating and I am very thankful for their quick responses and assistance when we left something behind. The unit has a ramp to the second level, no stairs or elevator, which makes it handicap accessible but caution only if someone has difficulty walking up steep incline. This is a perfect condo for a Gatlinburg getaway!!!
