Enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains from this luxury cabin featuring 4 bedrooms, outdoor fireplace, large living and dining room. 2 King Suites, and 2 Queen Bedrooms.

Conveniently located in Elk Springs Resort, just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. This cabin features a gas grill (we provide propane), hot tub, 6 TV's and 6 DVD players, pool table, 2 wrap around decks, PLENTY of outdoor seating and much much more.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. The hot tub was nicely maintained. The house was clean but the linens were not clean. We found hair from previous guests on many of the pillow cases. It seems many of the pillow cases weren’t laundered.

The maintenance crew was very prompt in assisting us with the hot hot not heating properly, however it never did get warm enough for us to use. The cabin was very nice sized for our family of seven. The temperature was difficult to regulate from floor to floor with the basement being extremely cold. The cleaning crew might want to clean more behind the beds and dressers and also doulble check that nothing was left behind from previous guest.

Reviewer Comments: Only a few things that was not right about the cabin- there is no bathroom on the main floor. The pull out couches were not comfortable. We found a cup of tea from the previous guests under one of the beds, and one bed was hard to sleep on due to feeling like the springs were in your back. Besides those issues, it was an enjoyable stay!

Reviewer Comments: The cabin stay was very relaxing but the cabin floors were nasty, some of the pull out couches were nasty under them like nobody sweeps and there was food in the beds and I reached out to them and all they would say is it had been cleaned prior then stated in a separate email it wasn’t reachable because of road conditions. The microwave was busted and the bottom part of the refrigerator was falling off.

Elks Springs staff was great by calling us almost immediately after we booked online to give us all of the details on checking in. The cabin wasn’t ready right away (but for being a last minute booking I feel that expected and didn’t end up being an inconvenience for us). Once we arrived we felt the cabin was perfect for our large family! We were able to spread out and relax! The kids enjoyed the game room and theater system! We ran into a personal issue causing us to not be able to check out on time and Elks Springs was fantastic about extending our check out time for us. Overall we had a an excellent stay here!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was an okay stay. However there were some issues we did not like at all. There was no restroom on the main level so we had to constantly run up or down the stairs to use the bathroom. The beds & floor creaked so loudly it was a bit hard to sleep comfortably. All of the tvs were very small and not compatible with the remotes. Some were cable and others were Roku so that was a major issue with my family. The bed downstairs had blood on it. The shower heads are not in the best condition. The WiFi is as the absolute worst we’ve ever encountered in Gatlinburg. We had to keep calling for trash pickup. Also we asked of the location prior to booking and was told it was not in the mountains... which was untrue. Overall the cabin isn’t the worst but certainly won’t stay here again.

There were plenty of things to keep you entertained or occupied while there. Our kids are 11, 9 and 4 and we never heard them say we were bored, instead we head laughter and watched memories being made. Every vacation has some negatives and disappointments so I’ll share mine. 1, our vacation was too short in this cabin. 2, we didn’t see any bears. Now to nitpick (no impact on our stay) 3, one blind on the main floor didn’t open, but would raise. 4, the score tabs on foosball were broken upon arrival, and the arcade stick for “up” had to be in the right spot. We died a lot. Now for the positives. 1, the cabin is very spacious cover 3 floors which gives everyone a place to relax. 2. Just far enough from the strip that it is very quiet but also the short drive does not bother you. 3, the communication from the rental company is perfect. They reach out by email or text leading up to you stay, they contacted us 3 times while on our stay with a welcome text, a day or so later with a how is everything text, and the night before leaving with a thank you and instructions text. Perfect, they were not overbearing. If they called I don’t know, we spent most of our time hiking without cell service. 4, they had the hot tub clean and warming up upon our arrival. 5, all beds were comfortable and clean. 6, the pool table, arcade and fooseball table were enjoyable. 7, the theater area was nice to sit and relax while the kids wound down for the night. 8, the kitchen was equipped with everything we would need. Overall great stay. This was our first vacation that my wife has ever said “that was perfect, the only thing I would have changed was just one more day to sit and relax on the porches before the 10 hr drive home.”. If we ever return to Gatlinburg, we would definitely choose to stay with Elk Springs again. W

The maintenance and housekeeping staff are on the spot, friendly and genuinely want to make sure your accommodations are perfect! We could call anytime and we would get a live person who was polite, positive and helpful! If they missed your call they would call back even if you didn't leave a message! The home was gorgeous and the decks were amazing! You won't be disappointed!

Great Experience!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying in a cabin as opposed to our normal hotel so we weren't completely sure what to expect. WE LOVED IT! The cabin was exactly what was pictured, just better. I will admit, it looked a little smaller in pictures than it actually was which was a pleasant surprise! Everything was sparkling clean, nicely labelled, and organized. The outside was just as nice as the inside, beautifully landscaped and manicured. We did have a nasty storm one night and there was a crew out in the morning cleaning up any small branches/leaves that fell. I received a call the morning after check in to make sure everything was in working order and as I had expected. I let them know, it exceeded expectations. We also looked at a map and noticed a couple back roads that lead us directly to Pigeon Forge, bypassing the weekend traffic of downtown Gatlinburg which was a nice surprise. There were a ton of little mom and pop shops that we would have never known existed. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will forever rent a cabin from Elk Springs Resort before a hotel!

Spacious, Great for family time.

It was a overall good experience. Easy booking, easy communication. Everything you need is either emailed, or you can call for questions. Quick call backs, and great customer service. I'd next time pay attention to the floors that include restroos on them before booking. The hot tub was good, but I feel that it lacked privacy. Other than that my family and I enjoyed the home. The kitchen was equipped with every need.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were disappointed with this cabin and would not stay there in the future. The items of concern that we had were as follows - (1) No bathroom on the main floor. This was particularly a problem for my 92-year-old mother. (2) Only two small closets available for the entire cabin. Grossly inadequate for a four-bedroom cabin that sleeps 12. Also, there were no coat racks. (3) The wi-fi signal in the main bedroom on the top floor was weak and often would drop out completely. (4) The "home theater" was nothing more than a large screen on the wall in the downstairs sitting area. No theater seats or separate room. (5) Fireplaces inside were turned off and not available for use despite it already being fall. It would have been nice to use them on the mornings during our stay when the temperatures outside were in the 40's and 50's. (6) The floor in our bedroom was gritty with dirt and needed cleaning. (7) Although the kitchen and dining areas were good, we felt that other furnishings in the cabin were worn and should have been replaced. This was our fourth cabin rental with Elk Springs. We have been very pleased with them in the past and will be using them for our future cabin rentals. Just not this cabin.

It was a little drive from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but not too bad. The communication was fantastic with the rental agent! We needed extra towels, called and they delivered them quickly! The only bad thing I could say is there was no bathroom on the main floor so you needed to go upstairs or downstairs. Other than that , it was perfect! I would definitely recommend this cabin and company 😄

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental home was nothing more than exceptional. The amount of space it has was just amazing. All three levels each has their own balcony that either featured a hot tub or unique fireplace with plenty of place to relax and watch the scenery. Inside featured an amazing kitchen that supplied all our cooking needs(of course you bring the food) but they even supplied seasonings. How thoughtful! The lower level featured a getaway room with its own bathroom access. Also on the lower level was the pool table, foosball, and movie theater screen that we all enjoyed so very much. Having a washer in dryer in the home was a brilliant idea because it definitely came in handy. The unique all around fireplace that stands under the great room was the most warmest place to be around while awaiting for dinner. The host was very thoughtful by checking in on us all to make sure we were settled in nicely. As far as a rating the BEAR CUB LODGE is our newest favorite place to vacay. We are looking forward to visiting again♥️
