Overall the cabin was pretty nice. It served its purpose. It seemed clean and well maintained. A small container of coffee and some tea was available, so that was nice. The bedroom and bathroom doors locked, which is a plus! And it was only about 7 minutes from the main strip in Gatlinburg!
The driveway is a little hard to get up because it's loose rocks, so just note that and make sure you have a vehicle that can handle it.
The dining area was a bit cramped; if you sat against the wall, you could not get out without making someone along the side get up and let you out. I'd recommend a smaller table there. Most of the furniture did not match, so it seemed like it was decorated via a Thrift Store, but I have seen a lot of cabins like that so it's no big deal. The TV in the upstairs bedroom was really small, but it didn't work anyway so I guess it doesn't matter.
Also note that you can hear every footstep upstairs when you are downstairs, which is where 3 of the bedrooms are.
The hot tub was a nice feature but there was so much chlorine in it that my nose got stuffed up and my eyes watered the entire time. (side note: The cover looked like a bear attacked it! Crazy haha!)
Speaking of bears, one got into our car too! It was wild. No damage, just funny to watch. (Nothing was in the car).
The pool table and arcade game were really great to have for late night entertainment, and there is a mini fridge down there too for convenience.
So there were a couple little things, but it would not deter us from going back.
