Beautiful mountaintop retreat
My extended family of 6 enjoyed a wonderful week here. Plenty of space for everyone. We appreciated the large dining table on the covered second floor deck, and the fire feature in the middle of the table. It was a great space to dine and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains. The location was great, only a 10 minutes drive to Gatlinburg and the National Park. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property!!
This house is a great vacation option and had everything you could need for a trip to the mountains. The house was extremely clean and the amenities like fire pit and game room were great additions. The host was super communicative and sent lots of suggestions in the days leading up to our trip which helped with planning a lot. I would highly recommend this spot.

Perfect Getaway
Overall the property is a nice place to vacation. The property was closer to others, more so than I anticipated. Some mornings were noisy, but understandably with the proximity of other homes. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed our coffee in the mornings on the deck. The property was clean for the most part, but it did need a deep clean especially in harder to reach places.

Great place close to town
The house and views are beautiful. Very clean. Roads were easy. You are 5 minutes from town. She had a lot of stuff in the house that we had in our house so that was nice. Hot tub was great. Only thing I have to say a little negative is the beds, they are very firm but I am spoiled to my mattress. We were the only ones on our street. Overall experience was amazing.

Amazing stay in the Smoky’s
To say a lot of thought went into the planning of this house would be an understatement. The house itself is well decorated and really gives you that Smokey Mountain feel. There was plenty of space for each of us to have privacy and also enough space to come together. The views are stunning especially at sunrise and sunset. The kitchen and coffee station had everything we could think of. We spent some time in Gatlinburg. Pigeon Forge and Sevierville and this house is in a great location to access all three places. Joyce also provided excellent customer service. We left wondering where else Joyce has properties we loved it so much! Don’t forget to take a dip in the hot tub before you leave. It was so relaxing! (Even in December)

Great location and view
Our party of four adults had a great and easy two day trip! The location was a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg which made for easy days and relaxing evenings when we returned. The home is well maintained and clean overall. We enjoyed the fire pit balcony most of trip and appreciated the downstairs game room. Thanks for a lovely weekend!

Wonderful Experience
What a wonderful vacation. The house was beautiful, Views were spectacular, and the Game room was perfect for both kids & adults. The location was amazing. Just 5 min away from downtown Garlinburg. We could not of asked for more & will definitely be staying here again when we return.

Gorgeous Views
The chalet was absolutely perfect. Stunning views and gorgeous decor with many amenities. We had bears visit us both nights so make sure you lock your vehicle. Parking is tight but wasn’t a problem for us with just one vehicle. My only suggestion for improvement was to add a solar powered light above the front door to make it easier to see to enter the code at night. Overall great home.

Mountain Honeymoon
This house was just what we were looking for! The inside was beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub, but the BEST part was the view from each of the three balconies!!! Wow!! Waking up to the mountain view each morning was amazing and so peaceful. We also really enjoyed all of the daily needs/utensils being provided so we (aka, the hubby) could cook dinner and enjoy it outside. Thank you!! :)

The place is incredible! Joyce was very responsive and helpful. The only thing I would change is the roads to get to the house! They are windy but worth it!

Great Gatlinburg cabin
Me and my family had an awesome time staying here all week. Felt like our home!! Definitely cant beat waking up and seeing that beautiful view from the balcony!! Definitely recommend staying here!!

This home has to have the best views in Gatlinburg!!
We had such a nice getaway for the two of us. But this house is definitely big enough for an entire family and more. The views here were absolutely breathtaking. Our host Joyce was very helpful and a quick communicator. Her home is absolutely stunning and you will need for nothing while you are here. We made our own breakfast in the morning and enjoyed the sun hitting the mountains from one or her 3 decks. I will absolutely be making reservations for my family here soon. Thank you Joyce if you’re reading this!

Spring Break 2023 in the TN Mountains!!!
Location of the property and amenities were great, We had the best weather the week we stayed! got great use of the pool table and hot tub. Roomy and accommodated us all with room to spare. The views were amazing! sun rise to sun set. Only areas of concern was the cleaning prior to our arrival. The blinds and other areas were very dusty, like a puff of cloud if you wanted to let some sunlight in. The oven was filthy, trying to bake cookies for the kids added some time as we had to clean it good before we went for it. The rice maker (oh my) had old rice in it when we went to use it, it was so old it even had mold in it. The towels on the property had some bleach stains on them as well. Missing a remote for the play room TV, and the freezer had accumulated frost on check-in. All was made aware to Joyce at the time of discovery. Response times on all were spotty and in some cases almost felt automated replies? Overall location and amenities were great. If the home was cleaned properly this would have been a homerun. Enjoy!

Perfect stay
Loved the location - it’s away from the hustle and busy towns but only 10-15 minutes to pigeon forge or Gatlinburg . Amazing view which was important to us . House was perfect , super clean had everything we needed , only thing we had to bring was a fan - if your a fan sleeper like our whole family . It’s really an amazing getaway , I told my hubby I wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the house since we went all day most days , felt like we missed out using all the decks and amazing features , our 4 kids loved the game room .

Great Location to Explore the Area
This property located very close to the National Park entrance and to nearby attractions, exceeded expectations. From the location (up on the mountain with breathtaking views) to the hot tub, game room and kitchen amenities; it was all on point. The host was quick to respond with any questions. Our family had a great time getting to know all the area has to offer and we were quick to fall in love with the natural beauty of the Tennessee Smoky Mountains. The best part was knowing at the at the end of the day we were able to return to this wonderful property and continue to enjoy the beauty from decks. If you haven't enjoyed a sunset blanketing the Smokies with every color while sipping on some Tennessee Whiskey then you really haven't been living. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Just what we wanted
This was the perfect spot for our vacation. The house was clean and great for relaxing with enough space that we were not on top of each other. Located just a few minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, we never felt rushed to get where we wanted to go. The hot tub was clean, hot, and so relaxing after walking from one end of Gatlinburg to the other. From the decks we had a picturesque view as the rain and fog rolled in to envelope the mountains one evening. The owner was also very responsive when we had a couple of questions before check-in.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway!
This property will not disappoint! Everything is exactly how it is described and the pictures, although beautiful, don’t do this property enough justice! We stayed for 3 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. Joyce was a fabulous hostess and her communication surpassed all expectations. On our first night, there was a water outage (not her fault). She contacted me immediately and continued to keep us updated on the situation. The issue was soon resolved and we enjoyed the remainder of our stay. This place is gorgeous and has all of the creature comforts. I loved the hot tub each evening after spending the day out in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. We look forward to staying here again when I’m the area! Thanks for everything, Joyce!

A Must Visit
Hello. I must say the chalet village was absolutely beautiful. What you see on the pictures is what you’ll see in person. Joyce was absolutely amazing. One of the greatest host I’ve encountered. She was very attentive and made herself available prior to my trip during and afterwards. Beautiful sight of the mountains, everything worked properly. Very clean and felt like a home away from home. I’d give this place and our host Joyce a 10 star rating if I could. She made my family and I first cabin trip a huge success. My children had such a great time in the game room and we all really enjoyed.

Fantastic Cabin!
We stayed here for 3 nights and was exactly as described. The pictures were accurate. The Christmas decorations were a bonus. The first night we pulled in, a mama bear and two cubs came by the front (make sure not to leave food in car, lock car doors and front door in between trips from house to car) - very cool to see them. It is a steep climb to the cabin (But we live in Florida with flat roads, so go on google street view to see the road - we took Sky Mountain Rd) Joyce (property manager) was very responsive.. The kitchen had everything you could need. Coffee bar was excellent. It was 25 degrees when we stayed here, so the outside propane fireplaces were really nice. The foosball table, pool table, and arcade games on the bottom level made the trip for the kids. The view was excellent - could even see the aerial tramway gondolas going to Ober Ski Resort. The rooms were extremely clean. Beds were comfortable with clean sheets and pillows. This was an excellent cabin and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Thanksgiving in the Smokies
We had an amazing experience at this rental. The property was depicted accurately in the pictures. Joyce the property manager was very easy to communicate and work with. The house was decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well appointed, we had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. The downstairs with the pool and foosball table was a big hit with our family. The rooms were very clean. The views off the decks were amazing. We also spent a lot of time enjoying the view of the Smokies. We even saw a bear walk by a he bottom deck. I rate this rental 5 stars and would absolutely return again.

Million dollar view!!

A fabulous house with amazing views
This house was perfect in every way! It was super clean and comfortable and we had lots of fun using the games room for family pac man or pool tournaments. The view across the valley to the mountains beyond was just stunning and we spent lots of time on the balconies just sitting and taking it all in. We were also lucky enough to have 2 black bears come to visit and sit in the bushes next to the house and pick the berries. We would thoroughly recommend this house for a family holiday!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely place. It was clean, updated and cozy. The sheets were comfortable, the TV was easy to use and the game roo. And hot tub were like a cherry on top. The view was spectacular. We would definitely stay here again. Out host was great at communicating with us as well.

The perfect house for our Fall Break! My wife and I along with my son and a friend along with grandparents had the most amazing stay! Everything from the hot tub, to the espresso machine! Beds were comfortable and the ow eta had perfect directions and answered any questions almost immediately. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful chalet stay!
We had a wonderful time at the chalet. It had everything we needed and more. The chalet is perfectly located - not too far from Gatlinburg and yet felt nestled in the mountains, away from everything 'busy'. The views were gorgeous. We also appreciated Joyce's responsiveness with the queries we had over our stay.

This is a wonderful property. Great location - close to activities, but distance enough to enjoy the beauty and quiet of the Smokies. The house has everything you could want while on vacation, so after a day of exploring you can come back and relax. Highly recommend!

Perrrrfect!
10 minutes from Downtown Parking (behind the aquarium is cheapest for all-day parking: $10). Amazing views; we spent most of our time on the deck or playing pool. Don't forget the hottub! Such a pretty home and perfect amount of privacy and solice while still being able to get into the bustle of downtown if you wanted to. I recommend it!!
