Inside, Splashtacular offers 3 floors of space to relax and have fun. The living room features a gorgeous stack stoned fireplace and sitting area for a night in streaming your favorite show. In the fully stocked kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal for your crew including a blender for mixing cocktails, a smart cooker, two types of coffee makers and all the dishes and utensils you might need. With a dining area for 6 and bar seating for two, your entire group can sit and enjoy the culinary masterpieces you have whipped up (or ordered in 😉).

Downstairs the two king suites each with their own bathroom, offer a relaxing retreat after a long day exploring. Snuggle into the 100% cotton sheets with two kinds of pillows to choose from and you will sleep like a baby after breathing in all that mountain air. Pack light as you'll find laundry facilities on this floor.

The game room in the loft area is set to provide hours of entertainment! Shoot a game of pool, challenge someone to a classic arcade game or find your favorite game on the PS5. Pools and clubhouses are open from Memorial Day weekend to the week following Labor Day. Gym available at South Baden Clubhouse Mon-Fri during work hours during the off season. You must call to verify prior to arrival.

-Reservations made and cancelled on Vrbo will receive a 97% refund to cover the 3% charge for credit card processing
-All children must be supervised when swimming in the pool - swim at your own risk / no diving permitted
-Camera installed at entrance for security purposes
-Alexa devices used to control smart house features
-Property is located in the mountains and may have tree debris or pollen on decks or driveway
-Food and beverage items used for staging of photos only and will not be provided
-We recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in the event of an emergency outside the cancellation window
