Sleeping arrangements

Floor 1 houses a bunk room with two full beds and a trundle, plus a nearby half bath. On Floor 2, a queen bedroom features a 43″ Roku TV, a full bath with wide doors, and a pull‑out queen sleeper. The top‑level king suite includes its own ensuite bathroom, a 43″ TV, and a pull‑out queen sleeper. Additional sleeper sofas and bunk spaces complete the twelve‑person capacity, while the main level’s wide doors provide easy access.



Indoor living

Gather on the accessible level around the fireplace, a 43″ TV, and a wall‑mounted Connect Four. The game room offers arcade classics, a pool table, outdoor‑style air hockey, darts, karaoke, a PlayStation 5, and extra arcade options. A dedicated movie theater features a 75″ Roku TV with surround sound for winter nights. Families will appreciate the children’s playroom, pack‑n‑play, books, toys, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and fireplace guards.
