As you enter through the front porch and pass through the magnificent front door (a statement piece in itself!), you'll be greeted by a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and a view of the upper loft. The centerpiece is a grand two-sided wood-burning fireplace that exudes warmth and charm. Sink into the plush furnishings and feel the cozy ambiance envelop you. And for your entertainment, a large TV is at your disposal.



Beyond the fireplace, you'll discover a fully appointed kitchen, ready for the aspiring chef. Just bring your groceries, and you'll have everything you need to cook at home. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely dining area where you can gather for meals and play your favorite board or card games. There is also a half bathroom and small laundry room for added convenience.



One bedroom is available on the main level, offering a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stacked-stone shower that will have guests feeling like they’ve died and gone to spa heaven!



Step out onto the covered back porch, where you'll find additional seating, including locally made rocking chairs that invite you to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. For those who love outdoor cooking, an Oklahoma Joe's grill/smoker awaits your culinary creations. And of course, there's a large hot tub, offering the perfect spot to soak away your cares.



Upstairs, you'll discover an additional king bedroom, featuring an ensuite bathroom with a stacked-stone shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Additionally, there's a secondary living/reading area in the loft, providing a cozy nook for relaxation and unwinding.
