Honeymoon Cabin, Very Secluded, Very Romantic, Arcade, FREE Daily Bear Sightings

This authentic hand hewn log cabin will make the perfect honeymoon experience for the couple that wants to retreat to the mountains for an intimate getaway. It has just been renovated bringing the perfect balance of authenticity and modern comforts.

The authenticity of the cabin and the surroundings of the large tree tops gives this cabin a romantic and private experience. The living room has a plasma 32' TV/DVD/VCR, comfortable leather furniture, and a fireplace constructed out of mountain stone from the Smoky Mountain Park. This home is uniquely designed so that the wood burning fireplace can be enjoyed from the living room as well as the bedroom. The double sided feature of the fireplace creates an intimate atmosphere in either space.

The bedroom has a large authentic log king size bed, dresser, and night stand giving you plenty of storage for your belongings. There is also a plasma 32' TV. The bedroom opens up into the soaking room. This room features a large picture window with incredible views of the tree tops making you feel as if you are truly in a tree house. There is a oversized soaking tub with tub filler, hand wand, grab bars, towel racks and hooks. The soaking room is a perfect relaxing and romantic setting.

The master bathroom offers a large vanity with plenty of storage and a closet for your belongings. There is a large stone shower with a rainwater shower head, hand held wand, and bench seat.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and anything you would need to cook a full meal and dine in. Located off of the living room and kitchen is a laundry room with full washer and dryer as well as a vintage arcade game system loaded with tons of vintage arcade games.

This cabin is located at the top of a private drive with only one other home located at the bottom of the drive. It is a perfect place to come if you want to escape the world and connect with the one you love!

Great place to stay for the most part! The location couldn't be better. Pretty secluded but so close to downtown Gatlinburg also. The cabin is so cute!!! The host responded quickly the day of arrival to answer my question about the coffee pot. Cabin is pretty clean, it could use a little more deep cleaning, dusting and cleaning up better after the other guests pets(pee stains on carpet and dog odor on couch) it definitely needs new bedding, I was so glad I took an extra bed blanket because the extra blanket there was folded up by fireplace very dirty and I had to wash it and the other extra blankets up in closet were accompanied by spiders so I left them be. Had to wash some pillow cases also because the only 2 pillows on bed were worn out. The main thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the mattress, it was so so uncomfortable! We woke up so sore every morning. The hot tub was great!!!!! Was so thankful it was very warm. The soaker tub was great but ran out of hot water before it filled all the way. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back there as I feel the host would make sure cleaners fix these other minor issues.

Bear Naked is perfect for privacy and seclusion. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking vessels and utensils, although the small appliances need updating; can-opener and coffee-maker in particular. I was disappointed that the double-sided fireplace glass was quite dirty and no wood was available for use. The garden bathtub was very nice. This room also has a great sitting area but no table lamp was available for reading. The main bathroom is updated and very nice. With a good deep cleaning, some new blinds and curtains, and better quality linens, this cabin could be one to return to year after year.

The Mountain View was nice, but the house beside the cabin was rundown and messy. Unfortunately, the fireplace was not in working order, due to there being 2 glass doors panels missing, the grate in the fire place has been burnt through and the draft enhancer not working properly. The dryer is not working, would not dry our towels. We didn’t have enough toilet paper. It would have been nice to have more towels. However cabin was cozy and nice overall,

If you're looking for a secluded cabin for a romantic getaway close to hiking trails but also close to the attractions and restaurants in Gatlinburg, this is the place!

This cabin was a perfect relaxing getaway for my husband and I. We will stay here again and again. We saw bears everyday! We were so close to everything but yet secluded which is just what we wanted. The hot tub was great after hikes and the fireplace was perfect for movie nights. Plus the bed was comfy! We had everything we needed.

50 and fabulous.

Cody was absolutely on call while we were there to answer and questions, suggestions on places to go, the cabin is a must that I will do again with my husband. The convenience is underestimated... you could easily ride a bike to anakeesta and the sky bridge. Blake Shelton bar is fabulous and see Tara and tell her Rebecca sent you. Literally had an epic trip and this cabin has made so many fantastic memories that will last me a lifetime. My only regret, I didn't write in the guest book. I will next time.

Horrible Honeymoon stay

My husband and I stayed in this cabin for our honeymoon and were very disappointed . I messaged the the host days before and didn’t hear anything until I started asking questions about the cabin such as if there was firewood and about the tv as it was only showing no single the entire time we stayed. We tried to get in the hot tub but the chlorine was so bad when you turned on the jets it burned your eyes so bad you couldn’t stand it so we couldn’t use it. Also there were tiny pieces of chlorine sticking to to our skin which made you itch!!. The bathtub had hair in it!! Also the couch was absolutely destroyed on the back and had been covered up with a throw blanket so you wouldn’t know until going to use the blanket!
