If you are looking for great accommodations in Gatlinburg with a great view look no farther. The property has all the comforts of home and more! Lounge in the morning with your coffee on the deck overlooking the Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains. Entertain your guests in the open floor plan. This property features a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar flowing into the living room, full-size washer and dryer and three good sized bedrooms. The property is also ADA handicapped accessible. Highland Village is located just 1 mile from the three-way intersection of downtown Gatlinburg so getting to all of the shops, restaurants and moonshine couldn’t be easier. Don’t want to drive? Take the trolley at the bottom of Village Drive and be downtown in minutes. There are so many things to do there is no way to list them all. There is Dollywood, The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Clingmans Dome, shopping, museums, restaurants and so much more! If you have any questions about our property, the area, feel free to contact me anytime.
If you decide to venture out of the resort, the cabin is just a short drive from the parkway in Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. It is also a short drive in the other direction to Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park. There is so much to do in the area, there is something for everyone. The area is full of history, beauty and fun! Add all this to a beautiful relaxing cabin and you are sure to have one of your best vacations ever.

These condos / Townhouses are only about 3.5 miles from the Rocky Top Sports World complex in Gatlinburg and many other attractions. If you are traveling with more than one family, we have other properties available all in the same complex, most in the same building. Have your own unit but still be only steps away from your other travelers.

Terms and Conditions:

Highland Village

1.  CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. EST.
2. This is a NON-SMOKING property, smoking is allowed on the deck, please dispose of Butts properly
3. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
4. PAYMENT 50% of the rental rate is required at booking and the remaining 50% due 14 days prior to arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the cabin rent. Please make payments in the form of credit card.
5. CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
6. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS - Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to four
(6) persons. THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (2) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
8. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate.
9. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate.
10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, maid services are available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.  Please put dishes in dishwasher before you leave and take all trash to the dumpster at the entrance of the complex.  An additional charge may be assessed if these check out procedures are not followed.
11. RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
12. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
14. State of emergency- No refunds will be given unless the National Weather Service orders mandatory state of emergency in area of residence of a vacationing guest.
The day that the National Weather Service orders a state of emergency area, we will refund:
a. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered,
b. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their          stay, to come in after the state of emergency is lifted; and
c. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the state of emergency period.

My stay here was a very nice and comfortable stay , the cabin was nice , cozy and clean . Walt was very helpful through out he gave really good recommendations and was easy to reach and responded in a timely manner when we needed. All instructions for check in was prompt which made checking in and out a breeze . Location was great , easy to get to everything and just a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg strip . We had a few little fury animal visits which was nice to see , of course be careful and follow instructions concerning that . I would have like it to be just a little more stocked , but we had a starter pack and was not left in the blind of that it was explained in the details . Overall this was a very comfortable stay . I Will definitely be back again and recommend you stay here as well ! Thanks Walt !

We enjoyed our stay, we got to see 2 bears in the parking lot and neighbors were friendly. We liked that we were close to downtown but far enough to feel the woodsy feel of the mountains. The house was clean the beds were comfy, the only thing we would’ve liked extra blankets. The pictures match exactly what the house looked like so we were pleased to find it exactly like it should. We took all paper products thinking we would need them but the house did have plates bowls cups and silverware. We will definitely use them again when we go back.

I like the special handicap parking space. Also, the master bedroom with handicap access. Very quiet. Very clean place, just a little confusion on the location? Overall, it was a very nice. Would go back when i have more time to stay.

We have enjoyed staying here for our Interchurch Holiness Convention the past two years. It is close by (within walking distance), clean, and the beds are so comfortable. We always get a good night’s sleep! We will most likely be back next year.

The location of this condo was perfect for my multigenerational family with accessibility needs. Located just outside the heart of Gatlinburg this property was easy to access and didn't require skilled driving on narrow mountain roads. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby making meal time super easy. The property itself was very clean and welcoming. We were able to make ourselves at home very quickly. There were no problems that required communication with the host but the contact information was readily available if needed. This would be a great place to stay for first time visitors who want a mix of quiet and activity.

We had a great stay! The location was great. Right at the start of downtown Gatlinburg but still close enough to pigeon forge without driving forever. The room was nice and had plenty of room for my kids to run around. We did have an issue with our door code, but it was resolved almost immediately with a quick phone call. They were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

The accommodations were very nice and the decor and furnishings attractive and comfortable. The communications, however, needed some refining. Directions sent for locating the place did not help and were very confusing and convoluted. We found the place by chance only. A complete power blackout in the area was unpleasant and the company’s representative was not helpful in providing emergency lighting instruments for our use, claiming the owner of the facility was responsible for not providing emergency lighting equipment. Thus, no help was given. This blame game was not helpful and frankly unprofessional for one in the hospitality business.

We really enjoyed this condo - it was much bigger and more updated than we could tell from the photos. The big laundry room was really helpful as we could fit a pack n play in there for our infant and he could have his own space away from grandma and grandpa and other family. The only thing that would have been nice would be to have a few more necessities like coffee filters, etc. We did end up having to go purchase dish soap, additional hand soap, coffee filters, shampoo and conditioner. There was none provided, which we usually see at home rentals. There is also not a pool on the property, which the owner helped clarify when we reached out. Otherwise no complaints and these were pretty minor inconveniences. Beautiful view! Close to Gatlinburg without being amongst the chaos.

We loved the comfortable beds, hot showers, and coziness of this home away from home. We were in town for a convention, and it was just a 2 mile drive there each day. The condo was very clean, and nicely decorated. We did have to purchase a few things that we are accustomed to having available in other rentals where we have stayed such as salt and pepper, and complimentary coffee etc. There were just 4 wash cloths, 1 dish towel, and dish cloth, and no extra trash bags. The ice maker in the refrigerator was not working, and did not get fixed while we were there. If you are planning to do very much cooking or baking, there are just the bare minimum cooking supplies in the kitchen. Otherwise, it’s a very nice place to stay and the price is right.

The condo was nice, clean, and roomy. Good location. Steep drive but manageable. Had issue with people upstairs being excessively loud at night. Was not able to sleep well due to noise that lasted until early morning. I know this is out of the owner's control but really put a bad impression on this nice place. I was so excited about our trip to Gatlinburg and was disappointed during our trip with all the noise upstairs. There was also beeping from the smoke alarm which took 2 days to get fixed. Other then that this was a great place.

The location was perfect for access to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The condo was clean and decor was nice. Only concern were the older mattresses in the bedrooms that were soft and uncomfortable.
