The right place, at the right price! Ask about our loyalty discount for repeat guest! Have another Unit in the same complex if booked or need additional space!!

Right off the main strip, our town home is a quick walk to the main attractions of downtown Gatlinburg. Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special! There is nothing like coming back from a wonderful time enjoying all that the Great Smoky Mountains offer and being able to relax on your own private indoor/outdoor deck. This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms. There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile), and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop.

The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided!

Very nice townhouse for our Gatlinburg trip.The property is within walking distance to downtown, putting you close to all the activities on the main strip.Pool in the neighborhood was clean.Overall great experience!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and within walking distance of everything we needed. It was clean and felt very safe. We loved having separate rooms and bathrooms on separate floors, and the beds were very comfortable! The hot tub was the best part of our evenings, and we appreciated that it was on and heated when we arrived. The adults and teens in our party all gave it a 10 out of 10 - we'll definitely be back!

Charles was a great host. We had one situation where the sink was clogged but Charles had the maintenance guy over within the hour to fix it. Very quick to respond. Two suggestions to recommend would be black out curtains in the bottom and middle bedrooms due to lights behind the condo on a separate property to light up their parking lot. It was very hard to sleep with that bright light shining but we were able to hang a black trash bag over it and it worked for us. Also, add hooks in the bottom bathroom to be able to hang up more towels to drive, etc.Overall, great property to stay at.

This townhome was a good location for our visit to Great Smoky Mountains NP. It was also walkable into Gatlinburg. There was plenty of space for our family of six (kids 4 to 14), and enough cookware for the minimal cooking we did. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw black bears in the complex on two occasions. The second sighting was a mama bear and her two cubs. The mama was on top of someone’s parked car digging at their roof bag.

Perfect stay

It isn't easy to identify what we liked the most. The location to downtown Gatlinburg is perfect. .06 mile walk and we were right downtown. Setting in the hot tub was perfect after a long day or first thing watching the sunrise over the mountains. The accommodations were exactly as listed. One big bonus was a downstairs bedroom for our elderly parents. Communication with proper management was excellent making check-in easy.

This was not walk to everywhere. It was terrible. I contacted the renter to get more towels and they never even responded..the place was not at all how it was posted. Never said it was 3 levels. I had my 85 year old mother woth who hardly could walk up all them stairs, it also had that spiral staircase where every time you walked past it ypu almost bumped your head.. there was no main bathroom in the place. You had to go into someones bedroo. To poddy. It was by far the worst place to stay

Beyond Expectations!!

We are more than pleased with our stay! The unit is was very clean, located near all the attractions off the strip. Hot tub was so nice on the patio! We encountered 3 black bears, they completely left us alone! Definitely highly recommend!! Only complaint.. the Tennessee college football flag above the hot tub’ lol, OH…IO!!’ Go Buckeyes!

Misleading

The dryer vent was not hooked up, so dryer lint sprayed all inside the unit( i'd better not get charged for it), the pictures portrayed a large spacious living room, yet it was fairly small.The AC sucked, all the registers were flattened out, stopping all air flow, which kept the place pretty stuffy. The ceiling fans did not do much to move air. Very creeky floor.I'd rent this place again, but only in the fall, when its cooler.

Excellent location

This property was perfect for us. Three couples and we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The only thing that would have been even better was more seating in the living room. The location is perfect! Very walkable.

Walkable location

Had everything we needed to be a comfortable stay. Hot tub was nice after a long day especially knowing that water is changed between stays. The host is also quick to get back to you which is nice. Thanks again

This was perfect for our girl’s weekend. The unit was exactly as described and was very clean. We felt safe and there wasn’t a lot of noise in the neighborhood at night. We highly recommend. We suggest the pillows have protective covers and the basement bedroom top mattress didn’t have a zipper cover. Everything else was perfect.
