We are less than a mile from the Rocky Top Sports World, and just minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and 2 different entrances to the Smoky Mountain Parkway!

*NO PETS ALLOWED!

*Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
