The property was nice and clean. Beds were comfy and bathroom has a powerhouse of a shower head, which is great.Check-in and check-out was very efficient. Location of the property was great to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Beautiful views and close parking. May need to provide specified location of the washer/dryer room. And give a slight heads up on the drive up the mountain. When it’s wet, it’s slippery and a challenge to maneuver especially the major drops and quick turn points. But by day 3 of the vacation was able to gain more confidence in how to approach those points. Overall, great trip and vacation experience for me and my family.

It was dirty. Crumbs in kitchen sink, windows so dirty you couldn't see through them, floors not swept, spots on floors and walls, etc. Someone constantly getting high in parking lot. Road to condo is tight and curvy.

Great view

The road to get here is narrow, but its worth the drive. The view is beautiful. The place was very nice and easy to get to.

Breathtaking Views

Overall I would give this condo a 8.5/10. It was very clean when we arrived. The views are beautiful. Everything we needed was provided. I thought the picture I saw when booking showed a room with twin beds and another with a king which is why I chose this condo but ours had 2 king beds. It still worked out for our daughters though. The tv in the guest room didn’t have anything hooked to it so the girls couldn’t watch any tv in there. Be sure your vehicle can handle steep mountain roads! Overall, we loved our stay and would book again.

Dirty and wore out

First things first the reason and only reason it’s getting 2 starts is the view is amazing! Here is the bad every single dish we pulled out of the cabinets was so gross, the kitchen counters had food crumbs as well as hair on them, the kitchen is not well prepared to cook if that’s something you are looking for this ain’t it, the whole place is just wore out you can tell they really just don’t care, The blinds for the sliding glass door are useless from how many are missing the sliding glass door also does not lock, the furniture, couch pillows, bedding, and towels are all in need of a replacement, the towels just have that very musty smell to them, the floors throughout the entire condo were so gross like weren’t cleaned in I don’t even know how long I swept as soon as we got there because it was so bad,

Wonderful place

The views were amazing and lots of bears around the property, the best part was mama bear and her cubs, but please dont leave food in cars or leave them unlocked and dont try to feed or talk to the bears.First time ever staying in the mountains and its a trip i will never forget.

The views from our unit were breath taking! 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen were very nice as well! The property was well kept and had both an indoor and outdoor pool with a hottub! Our family really enjoyed our stay!!

Would not stay here again.

We would not stay here again. 10 digit door key code was a bit accessive. W/D is listed in the title and i assumed we would have our own washer and dryer. We did not, its coin operated and in the apartment complex seperate bulding. We booked this 💯 because it said there was a (public) hottub and pool, however after payment was made in full, a few days before checkin we received all the check in info and an update stating hottub and pool were closed for renovation. Both king beds were pretty firm, i know its a matter of preference, we like softer beds, so be aware these are hard. The sleeper sofa mattress was pretty worn and the head of the mattres was lower than the feet making it hard to sleep on, so we purchased an air mattress for our teens vs using this bed. This is on the 2nd of 3 floors. Unfortunately the people directly above us had two 5-6 year old girls that ran and stomped from 6am until 10-11pm every single day of our 5 day stay. I realize this is not the owners fault but it was so annoying, loud and impossible to relax and take naps. It appears they lived tehre and were not renting. Customer was quick to respond however the girls still never stopped running all day long, even leaving piles of shredded cheese that dropped from their balconly to ours. I hate leaving such a negative review but this was not a good rental in so many ways. We travel extensively, staying in rentals and hotels and ive never been so unhappy w a rental nor left a negative review until now.

Great get away!

Overall, this was a great stay!! I wish we would have known ahead of time how far up the mountain it was ahead of time... had we gotten worse weather, we would have never gotten down off the mountain! After booking, there was a note that mentioned '4x4 required in winter months', but it wasn't noted anywhere before booking which could have been a MAJOR problem had we not already been in a truck..

Views forever

Great condo with amazing views. Bathrooms could use updating and you can hear the neighbors every footstep. The owners have put sound machines in each bedroom which helped with the noise. Gorgeous views of mountains and Gatlinburg. No elevator so be sure you can do stairs.

Excellent Views and a Cozy Environment

Everything about this unit was amazing except for one of the King beds was broken and was completely on the floor in the middle. Property was managed by Vacasa and they were contacted as soon as we got there about the bed being broken. I was in contact with them every single day about the bed and no one ever showed up to fix it. Other than that, it was a very great place to stay.

Quaint, Beautiful Views, Not for Long Stays

Gatlinburg is beautiful and the views from this property were amazing! Sunrises were awesome for photo ops! We didn’t realize the quaintness of the property. Close quarters, but the noise machines were life-saving to keep from hearing those above! Since we were in and out so much it was perfect. For older adults like us it was an experience for sure!

Beautiful Mountain Views, Nicely Updated and Clean!

We loved the completely remodeled kitchen, living room spaces, new flooring and lovely decor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything new. Comfortable beds, nice clean bedding. Bathrooms also had some updates (not fully remodeled). It was very clean, had beautiful view from the balcony, we even saw several bears. We were pleased overall. The only downside, as mentioned by others, is the noise from the rental above. Not bad during the day (even when it shook our floor), but since they weren't on the same sleep schedule, it was difficult sleeping as every footfall can be heard. We luckily brought earplugs which helped, but wish there had been a white noise machine in the rental to help with this noise, and the noise from the parking lots. (Car alarms and two 4am garbage pick-ups during the week.) This is why I am not giving it the full 5 stars. This was our first trip to the area, and our first experience driving in the mountains. The roads are nicely paved, and the views are lovely, but if this is your first trip to the area, be prepared for about 15 minutes of twisty, somewhat steep roads with drop offs with no guard rails in some areas. We managed fine, but kept our driving to daylight hours and took it slow. We liked the bypass to get to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park without hitting the traffic in downtown Gatlinburg.

Anniversary Holiday

Everything on our trip was perfect. The only downside was we were on the second floor and the tenants above us were night owls and undoubtedly had children that loved to run through the condo. Other than that everything was wonderful, the condo was very clean, had everything that we needed, great view and a lot of family time well spent.

Excellent stay

Beautiful view of the mountains, condo was very clean, beautifully decorated. Drive up the mountain to the condo was gorgeous. Would definitely stay again!
