Chipmunk Corner - No Pet Fee

Chipmunk Corner, is a pet-friendly (no pet fee) cabin. Nestled on a 1 acre wooded lot, the cabin is private and just 12 minutes from the Gatlinburg Strip, 20 minutes from Dolly's Stampede and only minutes from the center of the Arts & Crafts Community. This beautiful 3Br/3Ba, 2000 square foot cabin has sitting/entertainment areas on every level giving a cozy feel and has adorable animals carved into the posts of the balconies and staircase. It has plenty to keep you entertained: an 85 inch TV, pool table, foosball, air hockey, fire pit, and hot tub.



There is a stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a freezer with a craft ice maker, and a propane grill. It is a "smart" cabin with lights and thermostats connected to google home throughout.  There are 5 flat screen TVs with Dish Network and high speed internet to keep you connected. You can relax in the large jetted tub surrounded with rock lined walls and featuring a gas fireplace located in the master bath on the main floor.



Enjoy the great outdoors sitting around a campfire on the flagstone patio, from the hot tub, or sitting in a rocking chair on one of the two balconies.






Location



This cabin is located on the East side of Gatlinburg near the arts district only 12 minutes from Ole Red on the Gatlinburg strip, about 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge and only minutes from the art district.



Please note that we have eliminated taking a pet fee.



The primary renter who is financially responsible for the stay must be 25 yrs old or older.

Very clean and comfortable cabin. We enjoyed the games, hot tub, fireplaces and resting on the porches in the wooded area. Location provided easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and National Park. Host provided great tips for our trip. We did not have any issues or questions as everything was explained well, but I am sure the host would have responded quickly if we did. We would definately rent the cabin again. We even saw a bear on the road near the cabin!!

The cabin was very nice and clean and the game tables were great for family time. The company that comes in and cleans and stocks the cabin, stocks with minimal items. The toiletries and cleaning products are places in a sealed box, but the box isnt labeled as such. You have to open it to find out whats in there. I also wish there had been more blankets and bedding available for use. The beds only come with a thin quilt. Overall the beds were comfortable and the cabin waa quiet and peaceful away frrom the business of downtown.

Great Family Vacation

The owner was exceptionally responsive. He gave me great information about area sites before we came, which helped in planning our trip. One day, when we were out in Gatlinburg, he sent a text warning that a severe thunderstorm was going to hit the area. We stayed put in town. I can't imaging what would have happened if we had tried to drive back when originally planned. The house was lovely, a bit used, but that only added to the charm. My grandson, who is 5, was super excited to use the Air Hockey table. It was wonderful to relax by the firepit and then soak in the Hot Tub at night. Beds were comfy. The adults enjoyed the pool table. Everything we wanted to see, do, or needed was in a convenient distance. Everyone in our group had hoped to see a bear. One morning, a juvenile came up on the front porch and then looked in the door at us! During the summer, there isn't a view. However, the trees around the house made us feel secluded in our own little world. We would definitely look to book Chipmunk Corner again.

Found Treasure

We really lucked out with this one! We planned a spur of the moment weekend getaway and happened upon this listing. Boy, were we fortunate to find this treasure! The cabin was adorable with a large, comfy game and theater area on the bottom level. The rock walkway and fire pit out back were lovely and a great space to enjoy the forest around us. The location was great! It was far enough away from the crowd to be able to enjoy the beauty and solitude of the mountains, yet close enough to enjoy the ammenities of local shopping, etc. We felt right at home and wish we had the time to stay longer. The owner was so personable and easy with which to communicate- we felt like we were staying at the home of a family friend. We hope to return soon.

Dollywood

Our granddaughter wanted to go to Dollywood. I searched VRBO for an accommodation for six people. When I came to the cabin that we rented, I knew that was the one for us. It was wonderful. Several days it rained, but we didn’t care. We had several games to play in the cabin. Foosball was my favorite. The overhang on the deck provided shelter from the rain and we could sit out there. Communication with the owner was excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at Chipmunk Corner. This cabin has everything you need and you can take the back way in to Gatlinburg. Fun fact I found out my grandfather was raised on Boogertown Rd. not far from our location. Michael was a great host..

House was perfect for our family plus our two four legged fur babies! Hot tub as amazing! Sunrises on the deck were gorgeous! Fully stocked kitchen, towels for the bathroom and hot tub, game room was fun, firepit was great! Location was great for both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

The cabin and location were absolutely perfect! Beautiful, clean, and set in a stunning area. We were lucky enough to spot a bear with her cub during our stay—such a memorable experience! Awesome cabin

Girls trip to Gatlinburg. Chipmunk corner is everything it says it is and more! Super clean and comfy beds. 3 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. Large 85 in TV in basement is wonderful! Mike the owner was very attentive and made several suggestions for food and entertainment. All attractions were very close as well as food and groceries. Will definitely stay again. You won't be disappointed renting this wonderful cabin.
