Stayed here for my brotherā€™s bachelor trip! Location was nice being close to Gatlinburg. Definitely recommend this place to stay in!

This was a cute cabin in the mountain! A beautiful view of the forest! The pool table was a great way to spend some quality time! Nice sized bedrooms and the loft area is perfect for adults and teens! Had to reach out to Maddie about the door lock, she responded very quickly and we were able to make it work! It was perfect little cabin for my family!

We had a great time in this cabin! Everything was exactly as described. Plenty of space for our family of six. It is a winding drive to get up to the cabin so be prepared for that, but the kids loved the adventure.

Perfect retreat

This cabin was perfect for our family while we were in the area. We saw a mama and 2 bear cubs right in the yard! The kitchen was perfect for cooking while still being with the family.

Family Vacation

Our stay was excellent! Great communication with our host, and we had amazing recommendations for restaurants. The cabin itself was very clean and had all necessary equipment for our stay. The cabin is very rustic and such in a great place in the woods, we did had a couple of deer sightings.

Awesome Weekend Stay!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was clean and the check in process was super easy. The beds were comfortable and the internet worked very well. The driveway was definitely an AWD/4 Wheel Drive situation but other than that the property was super cute and very comfortable for the weekend!

Great Cabin in the Woods

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here! Saw some bears! The property manager's communication was great! The drive up to the cabin and the driveway could be a little scary to some, but we became pros by the end of our stay!

To start with the good, upon entering the house, the (inside) was clean and seemed like a very good place to stay. Also a good surprise was that the driveway is now concrete, not gravel so it wasnā€™t bad to go down in cars. On the other hand, we did have a few issues. A couple days before the stay we received a message saying the check in instructions and info we needed. The instructions didnā€™t include the door code so I messaged the host as we were traveling and hadnā€™t heard back after 3 hours so I messaged again and finally got a response at 4:30, 30 minutes after check in. Luckily we werenā€™t there yet by that point. Also small things hadnā€™t been updated in the listing such as them no longer having a fire pit that we planned to use. Other small things included the bathroom lock getting stuck, the stairs are VERY steep, the outside lock died during our stay so we could only lock the door from the inside, a BO smell that stayed potent in the bathroom no matter what we tried, the washer wasnā€™t working properly, the water pressure is very poor, and no dishwasher pods being provided when the instructions say to start the dishwasher when youā€™re leaving. Overall, it wasnā€™t a bad stay but there were many things that were just very inconvenient throughout the stay. I would stay again though if I was on a low budget.

Quaint and Cozy

We loved our stay! With 3 kids under 7, the big kids loved being in the loft, feeling like they had their own space. We loved that the kitchen area overlooks the main living space so that we could be together and have visibility of the littlest kiddo scooting around. Overall, a fantastic place and our communication with Maddie was great. She was super responsive.

The host couldn't get the door lock situation fixed, and our family was locked out of the cabin at night. The cabin was no where near what we expected from the photos and the up keep is terrible. Dresser draws were broke and 2 lamps were broke as well upon arrival.. plus we couldn't even use the TVs in the bedrooms..and the stairs to the loft are dangerous..my daughter bust her knee coming down them cause they are to short to fully step on.

Truly a great price for what you get. Not the first time renting a cabin, so just know all is bare. Was happy with supplied equipment. The couch was small, but it worked. Pool table and ping pong was a fun time.

Great Cabin

This cabin was overall really lovely. The pool table was definitely put to use. The only issue we had was the driveway, which we knew about ahead of time. It is steep, but as the listing says, once you do it a few times youā€™ll be a pro. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in the Smokies, the drive was pretty, but the driveway was a little difficult to manage. Very steep and hard to see from the road as well as bumpy, hit the bottom of car several times coming up the drive.

Secluded and quiet getaway

Cabin was very secluded and quiet and was a great place for my kids to run around and play. We enjoyed the fire pit area. The cabin was not exactly like the pictures but it was still a nice place to stay. The driveway however was a doozy to get up and down. The kitchen is so nice and you have everything you need. The stairs up to the loft are not suitable for small children but the loft area is nice and cozy for bigger kids and even adults.

Great place with a few caveats

No complaints at all about the property, cabin was nice and homey with everything you expect. I would make sure you plan for the drive up the mountain and the driveway. We made the mistake of having dinner which led to us driving up the mountain at night, which I cannot recommend. If you are driving a sedan, youā€™re going to want to park at the top of the driveway. There is just enough room to park without going down the driveway.

Magical Christmas

The cabin sits in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge(15minutes away from each). The only issue we had was the steep uphill, curvy, tight one road terrain there; not including the the steep driveway. It was icy and snowing, even without the conditions heavy duty vehicles recommended. After two trips it was no problem. Other than that.. the cabin was magical, clean, and the host was perfect. I would still rent again knowing what to expect. There's a hiking path to the left of cabin that's beautiful. The cabin was perfectly stocked. I could not have asked for a better cabin. Thank you
