Annual Family Vacation

There were 9 adults and 1 eight-year old and the property was a perfect size for us. We had a few minor issues and contacted the property manager and were shocked at how responsive they were. I highly recommend this property and this property manager.

Fire in the Sky

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed at the Fire in the Sky cabin. The cabin is nice, but needs to be updated badly with new furniture and décor, these things are old and have seen their better days. New faucets, ceiling fans, furniture, appliances, & mattresses would do wonders.

Sibling Reunion

Property has many nice amenities….the theater and the fireplace had some issues when we arrived but management took care of these problems quickly and efficiently. The hot tub was very clean (no suds or scum!) The beds were VERY comfortable. Our group of siblings (age range 64-78) spent a wonderful week visiting Gatlinburg and enjoying the fall foliage in the Great Smoky Mountains…..we were disappointed in that we never saw a bear. Maybe next time! We enjoyed our visit to Fire in the Sky very much .

Stay in fire in the Sky

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was as described. It was clean and maintained. One thing that was a little challenging was the narrow winding road to get to the resort. Restaurants and shopping were about 20-30 minutes away again on narrow winding roads. I would recommend to others and I believe I would make a return visit. Customer service always provided updates and helpful information.
