Getaway in style at Spur of The Moment. A private suite features a jacuzzi tub, 18 foot octagon rain tower shower, fireplace, TV and DVD player. The guest room sleeps 2 with a queen bed, DVD player and TV. A huge kitchen with large seating capacity and adjoining living room provide beautiful views out the 28+ feet of glass picture windows surrounding a floor to ceiling center fireplace. Enjoy a barbecue with the outdoor stainless steel gas grill, shoot a game of pool or play on the Foosball table in front of your gas fireplace. Finish the night off with a dip in your private 101 degree hot tub on the deck. Free wireless high speed internet!

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking my be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are not pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

Fun filled getaway

We had a great time on our vacation. The house was clean and comfortable. Even with a few other houses in the area, it felt quiet and private. It was a great location to the park, away from the main drag but easy to get around. We had an issue with the ice maker not working properly. I contacted the management company and they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue. They were very easy to work before and during our stay. There were some minor inconveniences that could be changed. I would have liked to have had a dresser in the master bedroom. It was difficult finding a place to keep our things and the room always felt messy as a result. The TVs need to be updated, they are small and do not provide access to any streaming service. I would have liked for the instruction binder to be catered to the individual cabin. We felt that we didn’t have information we needed since the binder included all of the cabins and gave general instructions. We were able to figure it out, but it could have saved some time having specific instructions. There also is no pantry in the kitchen, making it challenging to keep food organized. There is an empty space in the corner that would be great for shelves or a closet, but we used the space to keep our food in the bin we packed it in. The couches need to be updated, the leather is starting to wear and looks tired. There were some minor inconveniences with keeping everything organized, but we were able to make it work. Despite these issues, we would recommend this cabin to those traveling to the area and to stay within the Elk Springs resort.

My only complaint is they text me the door lock code and l had a new phone number. It took about an hour to get a hold of anyone because the signal is terrible in the mountains. The place itself was amazing!! It is a lil close to another cabin but we were never bothered by anyone. The heart shaped jetted tub was amazing!!! I loved it. The shower is incredible. I didn't realize they have about 100 cabins so look at their website first because l really wish l had done that.. even though our place was incredible!!! Bring coffee, filters, dish liq, condiments, shampoo and things like that with you. We went to the store so many times. We also found another way to get to the cabins without going back through that god awful mountain drive again. It is so dangerous its crazy! There was no way l could drive 7 miles Up a winding narrow mountain with hills that you can't see over. We took the other way near the family dollar.

Spur of the moment Cabin

Cabin is closely located to downtown Gatlinburg and a few extra miles to downtown Pigeon Forge. Everything was great. We cannot wait to rent with Elk Spring Resorts again.

The property is pretty old school. Tiny TVs that aren’t smart TVs so you can’t watch Netflix ect. Also, most cabins have a roof over the jacuzzi so you can get in it even when raining, but this one did not. So it rained all weekend and we could not use outdoor jacuzzi

It was ok.

We had difficulty getting a return call during our trip to confirm our cabin address due to email and text messages did not have the same address. It was wayyyyyy off the beaten path, which was my biggest dislike. Lots of narrow, winding roads and near accidents on that road. There were signs all over everything In the cabin warning us that stopped toilets or soiled towels could result in extra charges. The thermostat was locked in at 70 so it was impossible to get cool at night to sleep. Then when it rained the roof leaked. This is all after we have a medical emergency causing us to try to cancel, which was not allowed. And we were not offered travels insurance. My bf had an adverse reaction the week prior, which we had no control over and were not offered any alternative to either come or lose our money. We didn’t get to do much bc he had activity restrictions. Otherwise, the cabin was pretty just way too far away from town.

Amazing cabin for small family or couple

WOW! In the midst of the craziness of the world right now with the virus outbreak, we are so thankful we kept our plans in place. The location was safe, easy to access and perfect for our family. The views were great, the pool table was used a lot and the rain shower was amazing!!!!!!!!! Due to the virus, we cooked all of our meals at home in the kitchen and on the grill and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check in and out were so easy with digital access,,,,When we checked in there are two lightbulbs out,,,, was not even going to say anything but the resort called us to follow up on check in. When i told them they had a worker over within an hour on a Sunday night at 5pm!!! This cabin was CLEAN!!!!!! Totally impressed from start to finish with this cabin and community of Elks Spring Resort and we WILL be back. Thank you!!!!
