"We such an amazing stay at the billion dollar view. The house was very clean and orderly. We did not need for anything. Parking was easy. Lots of bear activity, so do yourself a favor and bring an air horn (to honk in case they approach as you're getting into and out of cars, but they are not aggressive. Just want to know what snacks you have) and never leave food or lingering scents of such in your car. Nicki was very easy to communicate with. We will be back!"

"The views from this property are gorgeous. The location is a bit remote but that is the point of being in the mountains. We had 6 adults and 6 kids with plenty of room for all. You do have to use the futon if sleeping 12 but with 10 everyone can easily be in a room. The property was maybe the cleanest nightly rental I have ever stayed in. The host communicates well. Overall we had a great stay and would choose this property again."
