The Plaza is one of the most elegant places to stay in NYC. The room is extraordinary and bed linens and mattress were extremely soft, astonishingly comfortable. The Easter weekend seemed too crowded and service was poor. We felt like a number. During the week after Easter service improved, although elevators were constantly broken, what made waiting time sometimes too long.
