"The property was great for my dog. They even have an add on packaging for a dog bed and toys if we wanted. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They have a free breakfast. We will go back if we are in the area again"

"Needed extra blanket and was told they don’t have extra blankets. We reserved the room with two beds and pullout couch and had no bedding for pullout couch. Breakfast wasn’t great. Eggs were watery and sausage links undercooked."

Built in 1909 it has so much character and felt like I was transported into a French renaissance era and my goodness it was the cleanest place ive stayed in. I’ve been to some 5 star hotels and this was even better!! If I’m ever in Lincoln again I know where I’ll be staying for sure! 10/10"

"I booked a deluxe king room, but I failed to see what was deluxe about it. Some of the photos show a bathtub in the bathroom but our room had only a shower. The vent fan didn't work. One of the main reason we stayed here was because of the rooftop bar but upon our arrival we discovered that the bar was booked for a private venue. The only good part of our stay was the staff, they were very friendly. The room was also clean. "

"Excellent place to stay in the downtown /haymarket area. Parking was no issue as we used the adjacent parking structure. It was safe to walk around the Haymarket at night and excellent restaurants were a block away. The room was comfortable. We would stay again"

"The shower didn’t have a steady stream of water. The pool could’ve been more clean. Did not like the location of the faucet controls. Love the evening reception and happy hour! Elevators were clean but there was a spill of goldfish for a long time in one elevator. We had an AMAZING stay overall. Thanks for all the staff who cleaned and served us during our stay!"

"We booked a room with one king bed. We were given a room with 2 queen beds, when I told the desk person he had to call the manager stating there were none available. Then we were given a room with one king bed that looked like some had used the bed and just made the top to look good. There were dirty linen carts in the hallway when we arrived and were still in the same spot when we checked out.
