"Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel. Some reviews say there is noise but we must have been lucky, maybe neighbouring apartments were uninhabited during our stay, whole place was silent, apart from town clock chiming every quarter hour, which didnt bother us and wasn't through the...

"Perfect location. Amazing views from your own bench set and fire pit or the porch. Cabin was very clean with all mod cons - even USB charging points. Comfortable bed and the best shower I’ve even experienced on a campsite. Owner was polite, friendly and helpful. We booked an extra night and will definitely be staying again - next time with dog!"

"Fabulous stay at this cottage in picturesque scenery! Great and comfortable place with stunning views from the conservatory. Ideal spot for visits to St Andrews and the Fife region. Very kind hosts who supplied us with eggs, milk, cheese, bread, and even short bread. Definitely a recommendation!"

"Great property! Beautiful house and a beautiful countryside. The owner Gray was very communicative and responded quickly to our needs. The game room was a popular room. A lot of places (restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and a movie theater) are a 5 minute drive. A note to renters: the building itself is actually three different rentals, so make sure you are going to the right front door. "

We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided excellent information. Renters do need to be aware of the loft bedroom access via pull down ladder as some might find it challenging.
