    This elegant 6-room villa spans 150 m2 across 2 levels and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, offering 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms thoughtfully distributed throughout the property. On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area features an open-hearth fireplace, used solely for decorative purposes, and provides direct access to a roofed terrace of 30 m2. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. Also on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms each feature 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the garden. A third bedroom on this level also includes 1 french bed of the same dimensions (140 cm x 200 cm) and benefits from a private shower, as well as a direct exit to the swimming pool. A separate WC completes the ground floor facilities. Please note that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment structure. On the upper floor, 2 further bedrooms are available: one with 1 french bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, and one with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, the latter offering access to a private balcony. The upper floor is served by a bathroom with shower and a separate WC.
