"After traveling on business for many years and staying in all the Marriott's and Hilton's, it's really a pleasure to stay in an old-fashioned "motor inn" where not everything is perfect, but you feel good just about the place because it's so homey. That's what we loved about Angler's Inn, a quaint, small inn directly on the water in Matlacha. We had a nice little kitchen, a great bed, and a screened-in porch. "This little cottage is exactly as described - cozy and quaint! It is the ultimate "glamping" experience on the beach! One cannot expect all of the amenities of home, but it does have all of the necessities. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the drawers underneath were a bonus. The best part is just a few steps directly out the door to the water for those amazing views. And even though it is located on the turn of a busy street, it is surprisingly quiet. We will definitely return to Jensen's...
