Having the garage to store our beach equipment and rafts was so convenient. We had the pool to ourselves all 10 days of our stay. Have stayed at several condos on Manasota Key and we all agreed this was our favorite. Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars and even a closer walk to the beach. "

"I just finished my second mini vacation here at Anna and Rick's place and it was spectacular! Communication is always exceptional, and the place is immaculate. Everything you need is here and the beachy decor is spectacular. The fishing pier is great and the short walk to the beach to watch some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world is awesome. The sparkling and spacious pool is always a treat and includes tables with umbrella's if you need to get out of the sun. I will be back!!! ...

"Such a great vacation for our group! The house was so nice and very well laid out. The host Diane was very kind and accommodating. The location had great accessibility for both fishing and beach. The beach itself was clean with so many sharks teeth. We even saw 3 seaturtles at night laying their eggs. We will be back next year, 5 star experience!"
