"We had one concern about the carpet in our unit. 501C. The carpet had stains that was very noticeable. Would suggest cleaning. Also we noticed one of the pillow covers that was in the bag used for the couch had blood stains. To my knowledge I didn't do it. Just wanted to give a heads up. We REALLY enjoy staying on this property. Thanks"

"Total five-star property. Stayed with five other couples, total 12 people. Space never felt small. Truly designed for larger groups, and located close to all of Branson, but private enough to not feel too close to neighbors. My only suggestion would be to provide instructions on the thermostat. None of us had seen one like it, so took a little trial and error to operate. Definitely would stay there again. "

"It took over an hour to check in which was nerve wracking after an 8 hr drive with 2 grandkids-our reservation with them didn’t agree with what we booked and what was confirmed. It was remedied by the resort the next morning. All the staff that we dealt with were very helpful and kind. The facility was wonderful and in a great location. I will definitely book with them again, and I’d recommend that anyone reading this should book with them too. "
