"Used rolls of toilet paper & paper towels in both suites I booked. I was also informed by the manager Mark that the hotel was overbooked when I stayed which resulted in me getting an incorrect room. I reserved 2 rooms with 2 Queen beds & only one room with 2 Queen beds was available. I had to take a 1 King bed because no other room was available. I was told I would get comped a room on my Hilton Rewards account, but was lied to because I contacted Hilton & that never happened. I will never stay...

"Great property - embassy suites always top notch.
My visit was marred two nights in a row - 1st with crazy wild loud party in the atrium, heard in every guest room, until almost midnight.
2nd, a fella had a major breakdown, screaming at top voice at the lady with him (again, heard by every room) for about an hour. Eventually police were summoned, and the gentleman was escorted from the premises.
Strange thing though - both morning front desk persons claimed they had not heard anything about...

"Sadly, we have stayed here twice. Pool was closed for some reason no one could explain the first time. This time, the elevator was out. We were on the top floor. Waited 20 minutes for the one very slow working elevator. Dated hotel that could use some real maintenance and renovation."

"O Hotel é bem cuidado, quartos confortáveis, próximo ao Aeroporto . Ponto negativo, no checkin me informaram que o bar funcionava até 22:00 para refeições, porém as 21:30 já não tinha ninguém atendendo e estava fechado. Dormimos sem pedir refeições e como tínhamos que estar no aeroporto as 5:00 saímos sem café. "
