Three spacious terraces await you, along with a lovely heated pool for the mild shoulder seasons (not in operation during winter and late autumn), a large garden, a trampoline, and a pétanque court. The property is fully fenced and privately screened.

On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall, a separate WC, a very modern kitchen with a pantry, a living room with a foosball table, a dining room, and a laundry room. The kitchen, living room, and dining room all have direct access to the garden.

Next to the dining room, the main staircase leads to two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm wide double bed, an en-suite shower room, and a separate WC. From the entrance hall, another staircase leads to a third bedroom (140 cm double bed), which also has its own shower room and WC.
