"Very clean room and lobby. The lobby was great for hanging out and watching the news and Wheel of Fortune! The morning breakfast was well balanced with a good variety of foods that weren't all pastries. The pickleball court was a lot of fun. We didn't visit the indoor pool, but there were a lot of people in there while we played pickleball. The provided shampoo in the shower smelled great and the conditioner made my hair soft. If we ever return to Waxahachie, we will be staying here."

"Second time I've stayed at this location. Staff is extremely kind and courteous, breakfast is simple and ready, the rooms are clean and secure, will stay a third time for sure!"

"WE WERE DISSAPPOINTED WITH A COUPLE OF THINGS WE STAYED HERE FOR 5 NIGHTS AFTER THE SECOND NIGHT WE COMPLAINED ABOUT 2 THINGS MAIN PROBLEM WAS THE HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. WATER WAS VERY HOT INTHE SINK BUT ONLY LUKEWARM IN THE SHOWER. WE WERE FREEZING EVERYTIME WE BATHED. ALSO THEY ASKED ABOUT CLEANING THE ROOM AND WE REQUESTED EVERY OTHER DAY CLEANING BUT IT GOT DONE ONLY ONCE THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. JUST LEFT US IN SAME ROOM WITH NO IMPROVEMENT TO THE WATER SITUATION. HAVE BEEN STAYING...

"The room was the most unpleasant hotel I have ever stayed. The room had a harsh odor of stale smoke and mildew. The only pleasant part was the customer service, they at least provided me with Febreeze air freshener spray. It didn’t work but they tried. The bath tub was not clean but the carpet was vacuumed. "

"Management decided that it would be good idea to shut off the hot water well before checkout time so the entire hotel had no hot water or water pressure in the morning to shower, etc. Had issues checking in the front desk claimed i was already checked in which of course i was not, obviously they checked in the wrong person under my reservation. Very sketchy part of town, sirens all night, parking lot did not feel safe."

"The house was gorgeously decorated! Safety was great too. I loved that each room had its own key code door lock as well as the front door lock. It was advertised as a bed and breakfast with grab and go, but there was not much drink selection in the fridge. The beds were comfortable. However, there was not a blanket on the bed, only a very light bed cover. It was cold during the night. As well, there were no regular sleeping pillows, only pillows with sham covers. "Property, staff, room, and breakfast were very good. Unfortunately, Wi-Fi barely existed on the 4th floor where I stayed. This affected the TV, too. TV could get stations for a few minutes, then lose signal. To get Wi-Fi, I had to go to the lobby to get or send e-mails for messages."
