A light-filled living and dining area, the centerpiece of which is the large kitchen island. To the right and left of the island are mezzanines; one houses the dining table, the other two loungers, from which you can enjoy the view of the Alps through the large glass front. Both bedrooms have direct access to the bathroom with a rain shower and toilet. The master bedroom features a flat-screen TV. There is also a separate toilet. Another highlight is the TV room, separated by a staircase, which features a comfortable sofa. Adjacent to the bright living and dining area, the expansive roof terrace, furnished with balcony furniture and loungers, invites you to relax and dream while enjoying the magnificent view of the Zugspitze massif.
