On the grounds of an old blacksmith's shop, you'll find the cozy, alpine-style holiday apartment "Alpchalet EG" (for up to 4 people) and the stylish maisonette apartment "Alploft 1" (for up to 11 people).

The approximately 70 m² "Alpchalet EG" apartment is located on the ground floor of a chalet-style house and welcomes you with Bavarian hospitality. The heart of the apartment is the traditionally furnished living and dining area with a fireplace and an open, fully equipped kitchen. A comfortable bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room ensure restful sleep after an eventful day. A rustic bathroom invites you to relax, and you can enjoy the fresh mountain air on the furnished terrace with a barbecue. Your four-legged friends are also welcome.

You can park your car directly at the house, and there is also ample storage space for bicycles and skis.

The central location between Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Mittenwald, in the small Garmisch district of Kaltenbrunn, is the perfect starting point for a variety of activities in every season: long walks around the surrounding lakes, hikes and mountain bike tours in the warmer months, and unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter. Access to the cross-country ski trails and the Kaltenbrunn Biathlon Stadium, home to our local Olympic champions, are within easy walking distance. Alpine skiers can enjoy the "Garmisch Classic" and "Zugspitze" ski areas with their diverse slopes and unique scenery in just a few minutes by car.

By car or public transport, you can reach the Olympic Ski Stadium with the Olympic ski jump, the Partnach Gorge, the Hausberg and Eckbauer cable cars, and the historic Ludwigstrasse in Partenkirchen in just a few minutes. The pedestrian zone in Garmisch, with its various shops, tourist information center, spa gardens, casino, theater, etc., as well as the violin-making town of Mittenwald, are also well worth a visit.
