The dining area is located in the living room, with a truly fantastic view of the Alpspitze and the surrounding mountains, a bedroom and a bathroom and thus offers space for 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite TV. On the balcony equipped with garden furniture you can enjoy the beautiful view with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Garmisch only 10 minutes walk from the Wankbahn. This brings its guests in a few minutes drive to the Wankberg, the local mountain of Partenkirchen. From there you have a fantastic alpine view of the Zugspitze and over Garmisch-Partenkirchen and enjoy in parallel an excellent gastronomic offer. Due to the central location of the accommodation you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes in only 5-8 minutes by car (2-3 km). Several food markets are only 3-4 minutes away by car. Garmisch-Partenkirchen is the ideal starting point for an eventful vacation in nature. Here you can go skiing or cross-country skiing, hiking or biking.
