Holiday Apartment 'La Matrice': Traditional Ligurian Cottage in the Alassio Hinterland

Typical early 20th-century stone cottage in the Alassio hinterland—cool, bright, surrounded by greenery and silence, just a few kilometers from the sea and main attractions.



The 100 sqm cottage accommodates up to 4 guests: one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the spacious living room, which includes a dining table, study corner, and fully equipped kitchen. Between the living area and bedroom, there is a room with a large antique wardrobe for your use. At the entrance, you'll find a renovated bathroom with a shower. The cottage is completely independent and separated from the hosts’ home by a small gate, ensuring privacy and peace. Access is through the garden and a shared courtyard.



The outdoor courtyard, about 300 sqm, with a wood-fired oven and barbecue, belongs to the hosts, who are happy to share it with you. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of La Matrice and respect the neighbors, we kindly ask you to avoid loud noises, high-volume music, and ball games or other particularly noisy activities.



Amenities include fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, Smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, on-site parking, and beaches easily reachable in a few minutes by car.



La Matrice is the dream of Elisa, from Piedmont, and Andrea, from Lombardy, who chose to rediscover the Ligurian hinterland. They live on the property with Fairy, a friendly six-year-old Dobermann used to guests, and five hens.



La Matrice is also a place to gather around the table. Upon request, breakfasts, dinners, and experiences with seasonal and, when possible, local ingredients are available for an extra fee.
