"I booked four rooms with a king bed. Got three of them with two queen beds instead. I went to the front desk and asked to be switched to rooms with king beds and was told none were available."

"Breakfast was lukewarm all 3 days we ate there despite arriving soon after opening. Both elevators were out of service for part of our stay. Wi-Fi access went out on the last day -- perhaps because we'd been there a week? -- but desk clerk had no idea how to fix it. Cleaning staff kept skipping our room despite no request to do so. Definitely a mediocre experience"

It was Christmas Eve, December 24th and, instead of checking in and going out tohave dinner and celebrate, we found ourselves waiting for the housekeeping to come and change everything on our beds, including the mattress cover and duvet cover."

"The night I stayed at this hotel, it was noisy and people were walking up and down the street due to an event within the area. Early morning hours, loud motorcycles were racing up and down the street. Also, the room I stayed in had bedbugs. I got chewed up and I reported it to the staff. She immediately went up stairs to check because I told her that you can see the blood stains left on the sheets.
