"Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Have breakfast or dinner on the patio, the sheep down in the meadow and then the amazing view. Everything you need is there in the house and there are excellent restaurants nearby!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Skellig Bay Cottage! The house was spacious and comfortable and had everything that we needed. The location was perfect for relaxing in front of the views and short day trips to all of the sights. Our favorite part of the house was the large ocean front window. We all took turns sitting in the comfy chairs reading a book or just taking in the scenery of sheep and ocean. Thank you for a great stay in the Ring of Kerry!"

"The cottage is very basic and dated, but the location can’t be beat. It is a lovely, quiet spot (secluded, even) between Kenmare and Sneem. No internet, no frills, but the owners are very nice and the cottage had everything that we needed. We found the bed to be quite hard. We really enjoyed our stay."

"A fantastic experience. The beach for the children was a homerun! They spent all day hunting for lipids, mussels & clams. The sauna was going was so refreshing after a dip in the pool and bay. A daily ritual. Seal cottage was lovely and most comfortable. Tomas and Margrite(sp) were very helpful. We were there for over 3 weeks and hated to leave! We will return. 5 stars!"

"Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft am frühen Abend war schon der Kühlschrank gefüllt für Abendessen und Frühstück! Der Garten ist groß und sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet. Ideal auch für Familie mit Kindern! Die Heizung hat super und schnell funktioniert und ebenso problemlos der offene Kamin!Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen."

"We chose this house so we could visit Skellig Island. Sadly, the trip was cancelled due to stormy weather but we didn't mind too much as the house was such a pleasure to hunker down in! We used our downtime to catch up on showers, laundry, rest, and relaxation before resuming our tour around Ireland. "After a long drive from Shannon Airport, we opened the door to Seashell Cottage and immediately felt like we were home. "Schönes traditionelles Cottage. Gute Lage, direkt am Ring of Kerry, ideal zum erkunden der Kerry Halbinsel. Haus sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette Vermieterin Evelyn, die jederzeit zur Verfügung steht bei Fragen etc. Hatten eine schöne Woche dort verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen."

"Very spacious house with wonderful views. Comfortable and under floor heating meant always right temperature. Liking a log fire, this never needed. Being Kerry, one needs to be prepared for all weathers. This house very well suited to sitting in for hours -days where that weather forbids going out. Recommended, and without qualification would return for future trips"

"Kathleen was the perfect host and her holiday home was honestly incredible. So much space and light with beautiful views from every window. Kathleen was so accommodating when we had to add an extra guest to the party and came over to talk us through everything. The location is brilliant for exploring the Skelligs and this beautiful part of the Kerry ring All in all, it was all just standout brilliant and my only regret is that we weren't staying another week!"

"Beautiful house, immaculate. Spacious rooms and large walk in shower. Well equipped kitchen, warm. No satellite TV unfortunately. Great views all round, the sea and the mountains. Very welcoming with owners parents next door if we needed anything. It would have been useful to have a signpost to the property as we did get lost. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."

"Great location in a small beach town. Lovely owners whom were kind to chat with. Dinner in house was the best Italian I’ve had and I’ve traveled all around Italy. Wonderful place to stay a night in the middle of the Ring of Kerry. Coffee at the Fox Coffee wagon was the best in Ireland. "
