Welcome to our charming mountain house, a cozy retreat in the peaceful village of Garin, nestled above the Peyresourde Pass in the heart of the Pyrenees.



You’ll love its warm atmosphere, authentic character, and multiple relaxation areas. The house features a private courtyard with parking and a carport right by the entrance. A covered patio with a festive flair is perfect for enjoying meals on the plancha, extending into a small fenced garden. The living room has a stone fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings after a day of skiing or hiking.



Just 10 minutes from the Peyragudes and Bagnères-de-Luchon resorts and 20 minutes from the spa center, the house is a great base for exploring local lakes, trails, and restaurants, including the famous Lac d’Oô.



The property offers private parking in the courtyard, a covered patio with plancha and lounge area, and a small enclosed garden. On the ground floor, you’ll find an entrance with storage under the stairs, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a welcoming living room with fireplace. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, including a master suite with en-suite bathroom, a separate shower room with bidet, and a separate toilet. The second floor has a fourth cozy bedroom, perfect for children or friends, and a half-level laundry room with washer and dryer.



Bed linen and bath towels are not included. Pets are welcome on the ground floor only; access to bedrooms and upper floors is not permitted for hygiene reasons.
