"The room was clean. The TV remote did not work, my husband got it to turn on but then at the end of the night he could not get it to turn off. he turned off the sound but the TV stayed on all night. I hate light in the room and I had to keep the blankets over my head. We told the front desk the next day and wrote a note to the room cleaner."

"Great check-in experience. Disappointed about the room. Pretty insecure and draft a door, the outside sidewalk and parking lot are uneven and hazardous for anyone other than a six-year-old. The towels are a paper thin so ask for extras when you check in. It didn’t smell too bad but the microwave is so old. It has a knob to turn. My 13-year-old just looked at it. Our only complaint was there was an alarm going off nearby that we could hear even in our room all night. I don't know if it was on the premises or off-site, but it was definitely loud.
