The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this air-conditioned entire house with a swimming pool for rent in Garéoult. It has a surface area of 1,000 sq ft and can accommodate up to 9 guests. It has two living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers), and a garden of around 1,500 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels are included. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:
- A 15 m² living room with sofa, TV, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- An 18 m² living room with sofa, TV, and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a single bed (90×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A private, heated 6×3 m swimming pool open from April to October (heated in June and September). Fenced with a security gate.
- A private garden surrounding the house on all sides
- Several terraces around the house, two of which are covered and furnished so you can enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Garéoult, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the two parking spaces available inside the property.

For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Toulon train station is about 40 minutes away by car.
- Toulon airport is 45 minutes away and Marseille Provence airport is 1 hour away.

- We confirm that the entire house is at your disposal.
- Bed linen and towels are included.
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic).
- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet is allowed per stay. Pets are not allowed in the pool area. Please specify when booking.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
