Ground floor: Living room 24 sqm and with lounge and TV. Dining room 14 sqm and with dinette. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom 24 sqm and with 1 double bed. Kitchen 9 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (150 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom 6 sqm and with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Living room 9 sqm and with lounge and TV. 2 bedrooms each 12 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate toilet 2 sqm and with WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Agárd. The holiday home is located on a 900 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
