On the first hill in Gardone Riviera, completely fenced villa with private swimming pool and garden.

Ground floor: Large living area, with exceptional lake view from all windows. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, pantry area and living room with sofas. On the same floor, two small accessible terraces, where it is possible to enjoy a wonderful lake view, a master double bedroom with internal bathroom complete with shower. Service bathroom.

On the lower floor, accessible by an internal staircase, you enter the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom, another double bedroom with an internal single bed and a bathroom on the same floor complete with shower and washing machine.
Only clarification: for one of bedroom the passage to go to the bathroom is through the other bedroom.

The villa provides towels, bed linen, hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
In every space of Villa there is also free WIFI.

Barbecue area : bbq with charcoal or wood.

The villa has a private swimming pool (6 * 3 meters and 1,2 of depth ).

It is a cover parking space for a big car.

Final cleaning (280€) and tourist tax (1 euro a person a date) will be paid in cash at arrival time.

There is an extra cost for the utilities of €100,00.

The time for the check in is between 4pm to 7pm: if you are going to arrive later you must aware us and pay an extra of €35 for the service.
