Charming Villa Belvedere with View of Lake Garda

Villa Belvedere is located in a residential complex in the small but lively town of Gardone Riviera and boasts a fantastic view of Lake Garda. The entrance to the property is located in the upper side of the complex (Via Belvedere) where you will find a flight of stairs that will take you to the house. The charming property, which stretches over 2 floors and was newly renovated at the end of 2019, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning and a television. Furthermore, the house offers a private outdoor area with a balcony, 2 small, Mediterranean gardens, which are accessible via 2 of the bedrooms, as well as 2 furnished terraces (open and covered). There is also a shared pool for all residents of the complex (located on the opposite side of the complex) and an outdoor shower. Start your day with a delicious breakfast outside on the covered terrace. Lose yourself in a good book while you sunbathe on the comfortable sun loungers and in the evening enjoy a glass of wine outside on the cosy garden furniture while you watch the sun disappear behind the horizon. In a 9-minute walk you will reach the nearest restaurant (700 m). Approximately 15 minutes away on foot in the centre of Gardone Riviera you will find a greater selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. The nearest supermarket is located a 16-minute walk away (1.4 km). Gardone Riviera is home to the famous Vittoriale degli italiani museum complex (a 16-minute walk away or 1.4 km) and the botanical garden, the Heller Garden (a 20-minute walk away or 1.8 km). During the summer there are many events such as concerts and street festivals. There is also a ferry stop in the town. The beach of Lido di Fasano is just a 19-minute walk away (1.4 km) where you can swim in the refreshing sea and enjoy the Italian sun.



Please note that it is necessary to arrive by car as the house is located in a private complex approximately 2 km from the centre of Gardone. The street, which leads to the upper part of the town, is very steep and you should take this path on foot.



Street parking is available. There is also a free car park next to the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.



The pool is open between the beginning of April and the end of September. There may be variations depending on the temperatures, thus please ask to confirm accessibility for April, May and September.
