"Nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isn’t a bedroom that isn’t great. "Accommodations were perfect for me and my dog. Very well appointed. Even though it was on Main Street it was surprisingly quiet after dark. We walked everywhere. Owners were very easy to communicate with. And over-the-top with dog friendly amenities"

"I was overall impressed with this space. It was very clean, including the hot tub, which is not always the case when you’re renting so I really appreciated that. The location and view of the mountains is to die for I loved how the house was set up in a way that you’re always looking out a window at the mountain no matter what room you’re in. It really created the perfect birthday weekend for me and my friends! Highly recommend "

"We came to hike and visit the sand dunes but the weather didn’t cooperate so we spent a lot of time at the property soaking in the hot tub, relaxing, and just enjoying life. Everything we needed was there, plus extras. Great place in an interesting area. "
