This property was a good location and the view from the balcony was great (minus the smoke/. However, the main reason we booked this property was the hot tub but, the tub was not filled. We were very disappointed and almost left. The ad should be updated if the hot tub is not an option. Also, the coffee maker either needs instructions or needs to be evaluated for any missing pieces, the coffee just brewed where the filter normally is and didn't drip into the carafe. We did enjoy the fire pit and the grill.

The apartment was nice and the host was helpful when we had a problem with the hot tub. We chose a bad time to go because of wildfires so I can't tell you if the location was good for outdoor activities, but there were enough games to keep us entertained indoors and out of the smoke.

The loft was very comfortable & roomy. But the listing said easy river access & short walk. "Short walk" was 12 minutes, then the river was swift & rocky at that access. Very disappointing for the child who had walked so far & couldn't wade. Kitchen a/c would be nice

My wife and I needed a weekend away and this was the perfect place. The views from the deck were exactly what we wanted, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to any requests and very friendly. We are already planning our next get away to this little hide away.

I enjoyed my stay, the unit was spacious and the location was peaceful and convenient. The queen bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to have the heater working in the bathroom and kitchen, however, the bedroom/living area heated well and was cozy. I definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay again in the future.

Our little family of 4 stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect! The loft was clean, cute and the hot tub was perfect. We fell in love with the deck and the mountain views. Super short drive to the hot springs at Terrace Lakes. If we could have given it more star we would have!

If you are looking for a fancy stay, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a quiet, simple retreat, away from the city lights, to enjoy a dip in the hot tub on the balcony, and see the stars, or enjoy the warmth of the fire pit, then this is the place for you. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Very cute place to stay. Small and quaint. The property was beautiful! We took our dogs and it was super dog friendly as well. Thereā€™s a big lot on the property next to the house and it was perfect for our dogs to go into. Brad was very easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend and will absolutely go back!

The apartment itself was clean and presentable. However, the front door isn't lockable. There is a hook and eye type of latch on it, but there's also a 1 in gap which makes it simple to slip anything in and unlock it. We didn't leave any valuables behind when we went out. My wife and I were there for Fri., Sat. and Sun. Two adults, 3 days and we got two washcloths. I texted and asked for clean ones and was told they didn't have any more washcloths to give. We had to go out and buy washcloths so we could have a clean one for each shower. The view of the mountains in the listing from the back balcony is only half of the actual view. What you really see is a huge yard full of weeds about 2-3 feet tall, piles of scrap lumber, and old junk scrap metal plies. If they are going to use their property as a business, then they need to treat it like a business and reinvest some of their profits back into it.

Great stay, in a clean, well appointed space. Weā€™ve stayed in many GV VRBOā€™s, and this one we will book again! We were wanting a clean, place to sleep, and have coffee in the am. Most days are spent at our familyā€™s place, or on an outingā€¦ this worked perfectly for us!

The hot tub chlorine was just a bit too much. And the Wi-Fi did not work. We even rebooted it still didnā€™t work but not that big of a deal. Enjoy our stay very cute place enjoy the peace and quiet from the busy life.

Close to town and easy to find. Enjoyed the owners dogs welcoming us, and the cat underneath the rental. The bed was cozy, but a little squeaky. A wash cloth was between the mattress cover and sheet, which should have been noticed when sheets were changed upon our arrival. Mattress cover needs replaced! Lots of fun things for children as well. We were able to see Elk and Deer while in the hot tub. It would have been nice to have directions to "walking distance to water." Overall, a really cute, quiet, and comfortable place. Thank You for a wonderful stay!
