New Years Weekend Ski Trip
Great location. Great price for a family of 5. Would have enjoyed a larger TV and better seating for us to enjoy at the end of the day of skiing. Some of the kitchen areas and bathroom floors were not very clean, but overall it was mostly clean and we really enjoyed ourselves. Quick responses from Manager. We would stay again.

Great Property with Little Upkeep
This is a great property and can be a five-star rental if the management would put some TLC into it. We have stayed here for three years in a row every October (Bear Lake in the early fall is beautiful!). Remarkably, the exact same issues remain year after year. The principle shower does not drain (gross!) so we end up using the second bathroom shower. The principle toilet has a drip that is SO LOUD that it is impossible to sleep in the adjoining bedroom. This visit we managed to get the drip to stop and then never used the toilet again so we could sleep the remaining nights. The fireplace in the main salon has such potential; instead, it looks like a broken mess. We were afraid to use it! Sadly, these issues have never been taken care of for three years running...same issues every year. We will find a different place for next year's excursion.

It was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfy and the sheets crisp. The bathrooms were updated. It is the best condo I’ve stayed in this year.

Great accommodations in a perfect location
My husband, along with my daughter and her 5 kids had a wonderful stay. I've been going to Bear Lake for over 50 years. This is perfect location and the accommodations were fabulous. The host was very quick to respond to a few needs we had. I highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful Fall Getaway

Perfect for families with young kids
We wanted a weekend getaway and it's hard to find a good spot when there are 2 families and 4 kids under 4 but this was the perfect location and layout for such a situation.

Great location - close to everything in Garden City
The place was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and a great location for getting around Garden City. There's a field to the north of the condo that has plenty of room for parking boats/trailers. The only issue we encountered was that as of Sep 2022 the mattress in the bunk room was a bit tired. Worn out mattresses tend to be common in vacation rentals so it doesn't hurt the overall rating in my mind. Just fyi. But this was perfect for a family...a room for the parents and a bunk room for the kids. Highly recommend...

Nice clean family-friendly condo close to everything
Our family loved it here. Very clean and cozy with a fully stocked kitchen. Kids loved the bunk beds. Walking distance to the main area in town and close to the lake. Overflow parking for boats/trailers was great. Easy check in and access. Would definitely stay here again.

Bear Lake Retreat
This place was great for our short visit to Bear Lake. Plenty of space to spread out and relax, two showers, large kitchen. We didn't use all the amenities because we spent all day at the lake. Easy access to town, within walking distance. Managers easy to work with. Quiet neighborhood.

Great Weekend Getaway
What a great place to stay, especially in the off season. Bear Lake is great after the crowds have gone. This place is perfectly situated in town but away from the main drag. Well equipped and nicely furnished. It was comfortable and cozy on a brisk fall weekend. We'd say here again in the future.

Excellent Property and Location
We enjoyed our stay (4 adults, 3 children - ages 4, 6, 8). The property was exactly as pictured and advertised. Terrific response and communication with property manager. 3 critiques - ceiling fan in master does not work - 2 burnt out light bulbs over kitchen table - medium sized tupperware containers needed for storing leftovers Overall we would definitely stay here again.

This place is beautiful..inside and out. I just wished it had some travel sized shampoo and conditioning. There was a coffee pot but no coffees. We didnt mind buying the stuff, we just didnt want to leave what we bought due to covid safety that it would just get tossed.
