The open kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs, includes two refrigerators and there is plenty of room for everyone around the bar and dining table or enjoy eating on the deck on the patio tables. Relax in a leather recliner and get cozy around the fireplace enjoying one of multiple HD flat-screen TVs and cable. All linens, towels, and soap are also provided. When you're not enjoying Bear Lake's spectacular attractions, soak in the stunning view from one of the large covered decks facing the lake and marina, or enjoy instant access to ATV trails literally right outside your door. During the summer months enjoy sailing, boating, water skiing, tubing, and fishing in the beautiful Bear Lake. Horseback riding, mountain biking, and hiking are also our family favorites. Paddleboards and kayaks for you on-site to enjoy at the lake included in your rental. *Sleeps 20 in private bedrooms. Please note there are two sets of triple bunk beds suitable for children only (6 beds total). If you have 20 adults please resort to sleeping 4 adults in hide-a-beds (located in upstairs loft and basement family room) and not in bunk beds. Brand new self-inflatable queen mattress, as well as 7 thick foam mattress pads, are available for use as well.
