The strong point of the place: a private and direct access to the Buëch river, ideal for swimming, fishing or simply enjoying the sound of the water in peace. The 2600m² wooded land offers generous space for children, family meals in the shade of the trees and evenings under the stars.
The 110m² house, spread over two levels, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate your family. The air conditioning, present on the first floor as well as upstairs, guarantees you cool nights even during summer heat peaks.
The north-facing terrace is a real asset: sheltered from the midday sun for family meals, it offers a magnificent sunset in the evening over the hills of the Baronnies. The barbecue is available for barbecues with loved ones.
Children have their own world in the garden with swing, slide and games for hours of outdoor time on the wooded grounds.
