"Stayed 1 night. Once I checked in and was put in a room, the person next to me played their tv really loud and was talking really loud on their phone. Instead of asking the front desk to say something to this person, I just requested that they move me to a different room. The front desk lady was super nice (thank you) and was able to accommodate my request and put me on a different floor. However my room faced the road outside and it was a very very busy road. "I enjoyed my stay for the most part. It seems to be fairly new. Plenty of space in the room since there is no dresser. Two complaints. One, it was difficult to get access to a luggage carrier. When I arrived I waited approximately 15 minutes for them to locate one since people do not return them and upon leaving i was never able to get one. I was told that guests often keep them in their rooms for use in the morning. It was very difficult to get my things to my car as an older person with...

"IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. "The hotel was nice and clean. We had a double queen suite, plenty of room to move around, nice size refrigerator and a microwave for heating things. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. I did get coffee from the lobby and it seemed to be a little watered down, but you can make coffee in the coffee maker in your room."
