"The SIF apartment is in a great location near the harbor and the main shopping streets. Spacious and clean apartment with enough sundries. We did have an issue with the toaster blowing the fuses and for some reason the master bedroom didn’t have a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Wash clothes and small hand towels would also be nice. However those were minor issues and didn’t detract from our stay. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and apartment complex."

Não gostei pelo fato de nao ter podido usar o luggage deposit pois o codigo de acesso que nos deram nao funcionou e no ckeck out, a porta de acesso ao apartamento onde estava o luggage deposit encontrava-se fechada à chave. A equipe de contato foi gentil e resolveu os problemas, mas isto nos ocasionou dor de cabeça. No geral recomendo"

When we got to the room, took a shower and drain clogged right away which means they did not clean the drain down below properly. "The hotel is great, but so hard to find. It was my 5th night in the city. If youve been to Reykjavik you know thats long enough to have explored pretty much the whole thing... and I still couldnt find it!The check-in instructions were wrong. And when I called to ask for help he talked to me like I was an idiot- totally insulting. Once I got past the check in everything was wonderful. The room was gorgeous with beautiful finishes. "My wife and I stayed here briefly before taking off on a tour of Iceland. The apartment was comfortable and we were thrilled to see basic kitchen amenities as well as public laundry facilities. Communication was excellent and they made us aware of the check in process and that no one would be present but it was super easy. "Ice apartments are a lovely place to stay while in 101 Reykjavik. Perfect location right at rainbow street, modern clean apartments and great communication with owners. They let me check in early as a courtesy and that was very nice of them as they didn’t have to do that for us. I would absolutely recommend them and would stay back there again when I come back to Reykjavik. "
